I think the weekly video "Extra Credits" on The Escapist said this best - Don't try to stop people who WANT to install Linux on their PS3. You're just going to make them angry.
I don't know about the rest of you, but whenever I browse Slashdot with Firefox the page just doesn't seem to be drawn correctly. But then, there's always the possibility that I'm crazy.
I don't think I've ever seen such a happy message from Nasa as: There's a hurricane a coming, and it may break some of our stuff. If it does, we may not be able to replace it. I know this was a bad year for Florida hurricanes, but this message was passed on before the first one of the year hit. Sounds to me like they were praying for the Shuttle Processing Building to get whisked off to the land of Oz.
Hear Hear. I'm tired of hearing Glitter and Glue majors bitch because they're underfunded, or there's nothing to do. You went to RIT for a reason, suck it up, just admit the winter is long and makes you drink. If you just take the ball bashing like an adult, it'll forge you into a dork of such power all will tremble before you.
You know, some games in the world are not 3D. Like pacman or fortune.

You can't sue a software company over software they produce. It's protected by law, so it don't matter if it destroys data or not, there's nothing that can be done to MS.
Ahhh! Mind Worms! Sid Meier was right!

I second this confusion, and miss QFG.
You mean like MS's other backward compatible programs - http://it.slashdot.org/article.pl?sid=06/03/28/091 2246.

Darwin, Minn. Home of the largest ball of twine wound by one man. All hail crazy twine ball creators.
