  1. Randy Savage Elbow Drop on Is the Game Boy the Toughest Product Ever Made? · · Score: 1

Mine didn't survive the Randy Savage elbow drop.. The screen turned all sorts of funny colors and cracked.. I got so pissed off trying to finish Super Mario that I threw it on the bed, climbed onto a desk and gave it the Randy Savage elbow drop.

  2. I disagree. on Carmack on New id Game, Game Theory · · Score: 1

I disagree, very personally however. That games have become too difficult to play. Speaking for myself alone and just myself alone. I judge this on how many games for each system I've beaten.

Nintendo: 1 (The Legend Of Zelda)

Super Nintendo: 2 (Super Mario World and Magic Sword)

    Sega Genesis: 0

Nintendo 64: (Cruisin World, Cruisin USA, Super Mario Kart, Zelda 64, Star Fox 64)

Playstation 2: Metal Gear Solid, Metal Gear Solid 2, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City

With the last two advances in Video Game systems that I've owned, the games for me have definately become alot easier.

  6. Re:Bad Chemistry on Star Trek: Enterprise Reactions? · · Score: 1
Yeah, it might be prime time entertainment, but if someone is going to do something like this, they should at least have the decency to do it right the first time. These directors get paid millions and yet they can't seem to afford a good technical advisor ?

BS!#! They should have worked all this stuff out during the writing of the script. Not wait till afterwards and say "oops" 10 million times over.

Some physics of the warp and "armor plating" were unavoidably conflicting, but at least if a director is going to do something RESEARCH IT AND MAKE IT HALF WAY FACTUAL!#@

  7. Human V.S. Vulcans on Star Trek: Enterprise Reactions? · · Score: 1
Okay yes, its cliche` they brought that subject back into the mix again, but if they didnt put that in that would screw up the entire story line, deliberately negating the rest of the series' that take place afterwards in the timeline. Would you honestly expect it, to see the humans and vulcans and or humans and klingons getting along in harmony and flower power.

If you honestly don't want to see story lines from this series being built off of old story lines don't watch it and complain.

  8. Re:Infinate Justice? on Slashback: Licensure, Restriction, Cometry · · Score: 1

Yah that is a smart & stupid name.

As earlier posts have pointed out, in the Koran, only Allah has infinite justice, probably the U.S. military using this as a name would definately piss off some Taliban leaders.
kinda funny though, some of those people don't
worship Allah, some people worship Bin-Laden

Secondly, In my own opinion it's also a stupid title for a military operation, the justice isn't going to be so infinite if we get our asses kicked
I have alot of faith in the military, but I know they're not invincible.

  9. Pointing Fingers & Pointing Blame on Lego Vs. Meccano & Engineering Knowledge · · Score: 1

I highly agree that children who build thier own toys from such things as Lego's and Erector Sets grow up to be VERY creative and VERY intellectual.

I don't agree with however, the way he points the blame at Lego, like said In an earlier post, maybe if they played Railroad Tycoon they would have realized that half-assed designs just don't cut it when it comes to that.

  10. You Can Bring A Horse To Water.. on Two Sci-Fi Legends Slated To Return To TV · · Score: 1

Okay, so this week we take two of the great 70's space series and bring them back, well technically one. But okay, so we bring back Battlestar Galactica, possibly by popular demand. But in reality for those little lovely statistics we call RATINGS! Yes Ratings is what Fox is looking for and possibly a re-newed Battlestar Galatica holds the key to gaining those ratings that they honestly don't need. Star Trek is really the only 70's space series that made it with huge succes back into modern day with TNG. and I've watched the idea get beaten to death by Voyager ( duh George I wonder why it got canceled) (Shut Up Lennie!#@) But the new idea for a prequel seems okay, kind of cliche` but Im interested in seeing it. Babylon 5, I have not heard about it for years now, I know its on, but if its such a good show why aren't I hearing this everyday through the normal channels of anoying advertisements ? Babylon 5's new idea isn't going to give it life, we're gunna beat the idea untill its dead and thats whats gunna happen, same with Battlestar Galactica they just got a late start about beating the dog excretment out of that idea. My Friends, You Can Bring A Horse To Water, But You Can't Make It Drink.

  11. Good To See Someone Taking A Step-Up on Slashback: Apple, Lawyers, Backbones · · Score: 3

It's good to see our Governor standing up against, letting the United States government as a whole let parents off the hook from thier roles as parents in the first place.

John Rowland ( A Man I've Met Before, And I Shook His Hand ) is taking the proper steps in doing the right thing, by pointing out the parents need to get up and take thier roles as parental guidance units for thier kids, also by doing this, its a huge message that says "hey get up and do your job, because I'm not going to do it for you"
