I'm more enamored of Vista's Flip 3D feature, which basically takes all of the open windows on your desktop, stands them up on end and stacks them in a way that you can cycle through to the one you want to use. It's similar to what Apple's Expose does... Vista's method wins on aesthetics.

But I've seen what the mfrs put in. They's the stereo equivelant of an E-machine. Personally the factory system wasn't even close. I don't need something that will make me deaf, but I want something that I can actually hear with the top down, at 70 MPH.
I've got a nice green pen that will greatly improve the quality of your CDs. All you have do is color the edges or the cd. This absorbing the scattered red laser light and improves the sound quality.
Here's some real reasons: 1) they don't own the enterprise doing the manufacture. 2) they aren't getting a big enough cut 3) they don't like people competing with their own operations.:-)

I interview lots of people, and I only have one question that needs answering: "Do I want to work with this person?" (Of course someone can't do the job I don't want to work with.:-P )
Much of the interest isn't "Can you solve this?" its "How do you solve this?" My parents have no idea what they're talking about when they have a question like "up, down, top, bottom, strange". With good interview questions the thought process is much more important than the anwser. About the only thing crosswords are good because the see how well a person can cross-reference obscure references in they're head. Potentially very useful in some situations, but not a good yardstick.
If you're feeling really grumpy, and you're in a "right to work" state; when you get the job offer. Tell them you can start immediately. Grab your stuff. Email your resignation.:-P
