Install websense. Blocks the proxy sites AND Myspace as well as anything else you want.

YEEHAAA! Just checked my Email! I got an invite for it...sweet.
I am a corporate named account...and their support STILL SUCKS!!!!!!bought 24x7x4 hour hardware support on all my servers and have had to wait up to 5 DAYS for parts....ON A 4 HOUR CONTRACT!!!!
But it was 2 HAM OPERATORS who invented CELL PHONES in the first place!
although sucking some in the theater aint too bad
