If your NEXT TV-set is just a little bit more efficient, while costing you the same, (yes, more efficient TV's don't cost more to produce, only 10% of what you pay at the store is production cost - the price of that TV is set by marketeers, not by engineers)

He's totally wrong. the 'energy pay-back time' or EPBT of big windmills ranges from 6 months to a year.
