    My point being, has this Paco guy ever seen Apple's products? I think all they need to do is get people to come into the store in order to sell stuff. Granted, this doesen't mean you want crack vials lying on the floor or something, but you get my drift.

    Hey, don't go knocking the crack-vials-on-the-floor technique! I'm sure it would at least increase traffic through the store :P

    De La Soul - first rap group involved in sample-litigation for a sample they used from some Turtles (I think) song. Top 40 R&B Rap today is very canned, and rarely self-referential .. producers today obscure source samples as to not get caught using them, or create much of their sound from the ground up. Not that theres anything wrong with it, but De La ended up being the poster child for a persecuted movement in the progression of music. (Interested parties may also note that classical music greats would 'borrow' 3 or 4 bar melodies from each other verbatim .. what De La Soul got sued for has been happening, safely and positively, between musicians for centuries. Too bad the lawyers dont get it.)

    Sweet. I knew they had to be cool when I saw them on the Apple Switch ads, but I didnt know they were copyrightninjas as well as macninjas. I'll have to check them out.

    Yeah, its a good thing all that DRM is keeping them from making CD players that play mp3s, digital video cameras that you can transfer video on and off digitally, any kind of computer that can play non-protected media, etc etc. I for one am glad that they only use WMA in their cd players! I'll keep buying the crippled computers they sell that wont play MP3's.

    The car battery can easily handle 600 amps for a few seconds while starting your car. There's no way the laptop battry can handle 80 amps even for a fraction of a second

    Depends on the chemistry. an old NiCd laptop battery could probably put that out (short-circuit current)
    I agree about this battery however. I wonder how many Librarys Of Congress you could transfer per charge.

    Blockbuster does have a pretty big anime section, at least the one near me. They even have "Golden Boy" there! Also the complete cowboy bebop series, complete evangelion, and a lot more. About half a shelf is dedicated to it

    System /7/, as in 7.0.0, will only run on 68k. You need (iirc, its been a while) 7.1.2P or higher for PPC. You're still right about fat binarys for 68k/ppc
