    Sounds like your solution requires an increasing quality of populace. Something that aint gunna happen.

    Taking licenses and ticketing peepholes isn't going to dissuade people anymore that it would now. In case you haven't checked- its already illegal to break the law.

    It would be more effective to make movies about the members of the deep dark Tokyo safe driving underground and the women who dig them. They always check their tire pressure before a job.

    There is no way you can attribute inflation to psychology.

    If money is created faster than the number of goods produced( seen the GDP recently? ) then prices must rise or there is money that cant buy anything.

      We have gotten away with this so far because of the growth of the world economy, innovation, it etc has kept the effects of monetary inflation quite tame. But the crises that we are in now... its a tough situation, simply doing more of the same, printing money, is is not having the desired effect and perhaps is making the problem worse. The scheme of trowing artificial money at the problem is not going to last.

    Keep in mind that the Dollar was not this countrys original currency, and it probably wont be the last.

    Yea I had a 300+HP Chevy, push it up into 6th and I would run 30mpg all day long.

    However this is not the goal of the commies that are clamoring for these high fuel standards.

    I don't think there have been very many successful legal defenses based on silly little Constitutional rules.

    Look, its the courts rodeo, and they ride in it day in and day out. They know there is a thing called a Bill of Rights and to them its a pesky nuisance at best.

    Think about it -Obama used to TEACH Constitutional Law at UofC One more time, for effect: He used to TEACH... CONSTITUTIONAL... LAW...

    Then he becomes prezdent and violates the War Powers Act, introduces legislation to requires you to buy a product from a third entity, etc... etc... etc...

    I'll wait while the reader digests this, perhaps new, information...

    It not that they dont know better and it's not that they're crazy, they just don't give a shit anymore.
