Superhypertechnobabble comes from Star Trek writers. Just for when they find out why the consoles are on fire. If you use it way too much then you just might be hired As a superhypertechnobabble-using Star Trek writer!
Uh oh! Better tell the US.gov! After all, they ran all those commercials featuring the new $20!

Maybe you should sue KDE for [voice mode="Darl McBride" action="pinky to mouth"] THREE BILLION DOLLARS [/voice] for the theft of your obviously valuable IP?
Isn't that what Knuth did with his ASM language? I believe it was a synthetic assembler for a hypothetical stack machine -- hence the name ASM - Abstract Stack Machine.
. Of course the fact that they do a nice job of filling my inbox with crap (both viruses themselves, and spam from hijacked machines)
You forgot the chainmails (hoax and non-hoax). My wife has a friend who insists on sending her the latest "send to all your friends" inspirational story.
I took a look. There were about 5 pr0n dialers installed (Dad got them installed). I ran both SpyBot and AdAware, ran Windows Update, etc...
System still wouldn't print.
Finally she mentioned that the last few checks printed badly. I realized that she had a fscking Epson printer, and they won't even try to print when they're low on ink.
Replaced the cartridge and it worked.
Since she's a nurse, I asked her if she'd go to the doctor and say, "I don't feel good" without detailing the symptoms.

From their (now defunct) website: "SpyBan is one of the most user friendly spyware protecting programs available on the market today and it is 100% FREE!"
All factually accurate.
1. It's user-friendly (easy to use). 2. It protects their spyware (spyware protecting)

Bingo! My kid has one of those watches with four unlabelled buttons, and twice a year (at start and end of PDT), I have to look for the manual, or just say "forget it", so I can figure out which unlabelled button does what.
What I want is a laser printer that will take 132 column fanfold for printing listings. Maybe I'm just old fashioned, but flipping through fanfold is easier for me than flipping pages. You also don't have to worry about pagebreaks as much.
I don't care if said printer can print fancy graphics, just text (and maybe OEM character graphics).
It would make more sense for Vandenberg launches to launch south. They'd go out over the Pacific. Going north puts you over SF, Seattle, and western Canada.

Damn! You're right. Didn't have my copy of AoCP available to check it.
Your IP has been tracked. Please wait where you are, and the Ohio State Police will come and pick you up, you Tax-Dodging Terrorist Scum(tm).
That is all. Thank you.

Yep. I get away with that (because it's true).
Sorry. Yes, I program for a living, but no, I do not and have never used AOL. So, no, I can't diagnose your AOL problem over the phone, or in person.

The Ninth Amendment:
It's right there. Even if the founders didn't mention the Right to Privacy, it's retained by the people.
I'm not sure which is trampled on more by the feds, the 9th or the 10th.

Step 4: Pay SCO US$699.
Run both. Suspenders and belt sort of thing.

With an analog, there's no question.
I guess I'm lucky. My wife prefers amethyst. Though she also likes quite a few diamonds sprinkled in there.
