Oh, wait, sorry, my mistake. That right's not explicitly mentioned in the constitution, I must not deserve it.
Well, if you understood the principles of the constitution, you wouldn't said this. You have the right to privacy, but by signing up for a phone service under their terms, you waived you right. It's pretty funny that that you think it's always your right to do this and do that, but the majority of people never really realize all the numerous times they wave their rights.
If you don't like this ruling, don't use the service, or write up your own contract and approach the telco about it and see if they agree to it.
How is this privacy infringement? Driving is not a right, it is a priveledge. If they have a toll road they have the right to make sure the toll gets paid. If you do not like the manner in which they do it, DONT USE THE ROAD!
Take a look at older laptops. The area from the edge of the screen to the actual of edge of the notebook was huge, sometime like 1.5". Now it is right next to the edge about 1 cm (or less) away. They made up some space there, but all in all, to get a screen that big, they did have to make it a bit bigger. Also remember that this is a diagonal measurement, so it does not take as much in length and width to make the diagonal bigger.
What rights they have to it....wel I could name a few. One they are in Canada. That is a stretch though. They Make a beer call Molson Canadian. Personally, I don't think that means they get the right to the domain name unless they got it first. I guess money wins.

Do you need access to sourceforge for your job? Or are your visiting it for more personal reasons? Pardon me for being rude, but you do work for a business need , and if going to sourceforge is not a business need, then it makes sense for them to block it.
I know I will get flamed for this, but its true. If your ISP at home was doing this, I could understand being pissed, but you are at WORK.
(If you do need it for a business purpose, then I can understand your gripe).
