I bring or transfer my own MP3's to work. I might waste sometime playing around with them, but it does not bother me one bit. You see, I am not a smoker, and until they stop taking a ten minute break every half hour, then no body has any right to complain to me about five miuntes of fooling around with some music.
Well, if the ISP is wrong, which is a possibility, the people will get their equipment back. And at that point, they could rightfully sue for damages, defamation of character, time lost, etc. They would get a monetary reward out of it.
You are correct, I misstated that. I did mean the alleged stealing. I have no problem with what the authorities did here. They investigated what was happeneing, and once they were happy that a crime had been committed, they acted upon it by comfiscating the computers and modems. I'm am sure with further investigation they may or may not arrest the parties involved.
did you read the article? They noticed this in February and started in investigate this. Obviously they were doing something serious, or they would not had their computer comfiscated. Also, no one went to jail. it says in the article that NO arrest were made.
thats and they are going to compare all four instances
AMD/Fritz vs Intel/Shredder AMD/Fritz vs INtel/Fritz AMD/Shredder vs Intel/Shredder AMD/Shredder vd Intel/Fritz
If one CPU hapeens to be better in each of the four instances, you could conlude that is it a better CPU. I do not think time is relevenat, because the processing time will depend on the board staus which will be different in every game. Some moves are hard to compute.
Not in the US. If you are unclear, please refer to the First Amendment ofd the constitution. While most reasonable people would agree with linking to such terrible things should not be done, in the United States it is still your right to do so if you wish. That is one of many things that makes the USA a great place to live, IMHO.
I don't think we should look at Open vs. Closed Source, but rather the manner in which they implement security. If the manner which the security is implemented, open or closed source, then it will be secure. Look at the manner in which it was impleneted, not whether you can see the source or not.
that sounds like a great thing to put on your computer. Viral - having something to do with a virus. Spyware - well, that just explains itself.
That Dmitri Skyvalrov (sp?) didnt use the sewers....

they seem to be calling it both.
well maybe they should have thought about that before they started stealing the service.

"It's against the law. It's a crime we are going to enforce," the detective said.
ANd the article says that no arrests were made..... sounds like some enforcing to me.
or was it taken by the world? ;)
I wanna play too

Now that they are banned, they won't happen anymore. Hey look, is that a flying pig?
Isnt that a contradiction. Being dead and dominating the market at the same time.
My head hurts from scratching after this one.
you should expect the second day soon
Like maybe in 24 hours or so.....
Everyone is so anal about everything. Will common sense ever prevail? Porbably not, I should just bash my head in now and end the pain.
that is if it is done right. This could get rid of a lot of the bloat that comes from making a product and slapping an addon here, and then there.....
They have had your fingerprints for years now.
haldheld like those self-winding watches? Just move it around a little bit.....andit slowl charges it, now that would be awesome!!!
So it is not unusual for it to look like it is going in two different directions. I just hope this is an actual strategy.
yeah faster is always better, but with the speeds of todays burners (40x) I can spare the few seconds to make it look really cool.
Will they get thier own team for World Cup play?
Free speech is a privilege, not a right

Atleast one of the kernel developers at IBM just mention how they all use laptops..... thats strange, you think that would want to support themselves.
