    They results still look true to me, even if it was a hoax. Think about it. Many of you know IE users.

    This is how you do a hoax... you provide results that "everybody already knows", such that it will confirm what people want to believe.

    Though in this case it might well be true.

    2 different accounts? Try having a work address that is hosted by Gmail and a separate personal Gmail. Then try using any Google services such as youtube. Completely impossible unless you use 2 separate browsers.

    Not to mention, that I don't want to be trying to power the entire neighborhood from my personal generator. I would like to hope there are regulations that ensure a properly licensed person would be connecting a system like this, so the proper safety features are enabled. The 2 problems with this are:

    #1 There are a lot of asshats out there that will try to connect something like this themselves and bypass safety features.
    #2 There are licensed electricians that are asshats too.

    Not to mention the site is an unnavigable mess of javascript. I think it sets a new record for how many 3rd party scripts noscript has blocked. I couldn't find which site to allow that would make the nav or image links work. Fallen very far downhill has tomshardware, I suppose this is why i haven't visited the site in years.

    From what I read, there is one more Russian component going up to the station. The Russians explicitly designed it to be detached and reused. So if the rest of ISS is deorbited, pieces can be salvaged. Of course those peices are still in ISS's orbit, but it can probably be moved around in LEO with a reasonable booster once its been disassembled.

    The title and subject could be spun to state. "ISS to remain in orbit until at least 2020". When we reach 2020 we can decide what to do with it. At that point we can either keep sending people to it and ships to boost it, or bring it down, replace it, or whatever. The US has already committed to keeping it up until 2020, so with both major partners it will go for that long. (Of course the US changes its policy completely every 4 years, so who knows?)
