    It is effective provided you find the right therapist which is a needle in a haystack.
    Dont go by recommendations, a therapist who seems great for someone may suck for you.
    You can call mental health patients LUCKY when they find a therapist that doesn't suck.

    Is this because most therapists are bad at their jobs, or is it more that we have no good process to match patients with the type of care they need? (or both)

    The MPAA and the RIAA must be absolutely scared shitless about the logistics of having to police the galaxy up to 55 light years to make certain that "I love Lucy" is not being pirated. At least the Brits only have to police less than 1875 star systems for pirates. Man those aliens must be really happy out past 50 years that they are finally going to be able to record DR WHO! They must be wonder when they will be able to digitize Gun Smoke and Bonanza but that might not happen in their life times.

    What do you think that "Race to Space" show they are planning is about? They are going to collect the old signals and bring them back where they belong!

    He didn't become a target by hiring someone for murder. As far as I can tell, they were already targeting him, caught one of his associates (an admin), blackmailed him pretending to be the admin, and suggested murdering the admin as a seller identity they created, who supposedly knew the admin.

    They were trying to make sure that they would be able to lock him up when they catch him, and he fell for it.

    Wait, the cops told Ulbricht he should have the admin murdered? Attorneys will have a field day with that.

    Who cares?

    The question is "guess how much that costs" and the answer is "less than Obamacare because otherwise total health care costs would be going down now instead of up."

    Emergency room care costs a shit-ton more than a simple doctor's visit. People with no insurance must either wait until it is an emergency, or go to the e-room when they do not know what the problem is instead of visiting a doctor.

    Slashdot 2.0 (what we have now) is pretty good, even though it had a crapton of backlash when it was implemented. That was mostly due to the bad coding, the design is still very similar to the Slashdot of 10 years ago. Once they fixed the bugs I think it is great.

    This just looks like a crappy attempt to copy Ars, right down to the very poorly implemented comments system. Why change the best comments system around? Certainly nobody comes here for the articles, as those are done better and more accurately everywhere else. People come for the moderated comments, why fuck that up.

    There is so much wrong with those numbers. It ignores immigration and the fact that people can choose when to have more children. It is probably just typical European racism and anti-immigration kicking in.
