I agree. I work for an ISP and I am updating our Modus Gate anti-spam/virus program right now. In 5 minutes I will check the quarantine to see if it is working. If the ruling were the other way, I would be a criminal.

What I want to know is: Are the new fast LCD monitors able to do that sort of thing?

I work for a wireless ISP. We use Cisco wireless bridges that support Spectralink Voice Priority QOS. We have no problems with VoIP.

100 Volts really mean anything without the amount of current it consumes. The only thing that voltage tells you is potential.
