    I actually did a screen grab from the Lord of the Rings extended version set, on the 3rd disc, there is a floorplan for Bag End from one of the creative designers of the movie.. it's a much nicer design than this

    are goddamn rediculous

    i have DSL thru interquest.net and my apartment complex.

    according to my windoze XP connection stats, I have downloaded 7.5 GB and uploaded 1.1 GB in the last 12 days, and that doesn't include my G4 Cube and my roommate's computer.

    If my ISP decides to start capping our up/down totals, I will drop them like a bad habit.

    well, it doesnt play DVDs, but I can record DVDs to the replay's hdd, and then copy to our own computers (just MPG files)

    I agree, I'm running XP Pro (and OS X on my G4 Cube) and according to this uptime utility I haven't rebooted in 23 days, 11 hours, 30 minutes.

    Blows *MY* mind for sure, since the last windows OS I had was Win 2000, and that pooped on my quite a bit.

    Commodity hardware plus badly written drivers can really mess with your system, vs using well-known parts/vendors
