they are greedy and like other "companies" which is what they have become since they are part of the government, yet they have a natural monopoly which probably should be privatized since how is it fair to any other company when they control so many things ?

what have things come to when somebody who does harm as opposed to the past winners of this. even though the prize is only symbolic it shows what the world has come to. how can he win this "prize" over all the much more noteworthy people. he probably had to pay them to get it since nobody else who ever won it would do such a thing. remember who is giving this "award" , time a magazine owned by one of the biggest conglomerates and bastions of greed in the world. yay lets all be merry, "greed is great"
the programs and indexers get confused and are corrupted by junky crappy sites. the web in a certain aspect has become unsearchable because of sites that claim they have "unbiased" links when many of them are paid ads. the web was built on quality links and it still is mostly. you can find what you want but with paid searches you are limited to what they give you which is horrible and every time you are you should be specifically told that you are or else they are deceiving you and this is something which has been going on for years.
if you are submitting articles onto here make sure you summarize them correctly and read _all_ of it, because for people who dont read the direct articles on here, you definitely confuse them and they have the wrong impression.
also, if you start making comments about topics make sure you know about them or else you sound pretty ignorant when you know nothing about them and very uninformed.

there is something very wrong when these greedy companies patent everything possible which sohuld not be allowed to patent many obvious ideas.
the government doesnt care because the more patents they approve of the more fees they get and the more they make to spend it on who knows what.
