That percentage isn't going to increase until it is included with RedHat, and the other popular *nix distributions. Once people start using it because its installed by default, it'll spread to production use.
Also keep in mind that production servers are a pain to maintain. Once you have your application deployed, there is no reason to upgrade web servers (except for bug fixes)... especially when that means re-testing everything to make sure it still works.

I think most people have better things to do than make everyone put poems in the email they send.
I think it would be easier for me to delete my spam manually.
"A requested product". Is the RIAA Microsoft's customer. Microsoft should be producing an OS that consumers want, the people who actually pay for the software. It doesn't benefit them to limit people's rights. Noone's going to upgrade from 98 or XP if the OS blows.
I just called EB in my area KW/Ontario/Canada, and they havn't heard anything about being able to release the cube early. This article got my hopes up!
Research in Motion's Blackberry (950 and 957) are designed to never break. I throw mine against the wall all the time to show people (who all think I'm insane) and they don't have a scratch.
Although Linux is becoming an increasingly popular platform to support, its not IBM's priority.
They do Windows, Aix, Solaris, AS400 in that order, and then they'll port it to linux if its easy enough.
Well the problem is that a judge WOULD forbid everyone on the planet from ever using open source code in any program ever.
And then all of a sudden a new precident is set that screws over open source development.
