I had the epiphany one day on the freeway doing the same thing as this guy. Looking up a phone number on the Internet on a smart phone and dialing it on the other, while driving with knees. That was when the light bulb went off and I realized I had a problem. I have been much more disciplined since then, but I do still at times fall back and use a smart phone for Internet while driving. It is terrible, and I realize I am placing others at as much risk as myself. I would never complain if I was ticketed for such dangerous behavior.
