In the long run, money *is* worthless. Afterall, it is a created concept
used to control the masses.
At some point, the masses won't have any money to spend, and the greedy
corporations will demand handouts from the governments, but the government won't have any tax revenue.
Result: global economic collapse. But in the meantime, the corporations
are going to attempt to get theirs before it's too late.
It's easier than that. They should just pass a law that says that
before you do anything illegal, you need to call the proper law enforcement agency and let them know before you do it.
It's not a real duplicate. The article linked to above is dated *today*,
so if it appeared to be a dup, the prior Slashdot story had to have linked to another article.
A 'well regulated militia' means an organized, disciplined group
that is there to protect the soverignty of the populace *from* the
government, not that it is *approved* by the government.
That group could consist of you and your neighbor.
You *DO* have the right to bear arms.
Hopfully, you are just misinformed, otherwise, stop spreading misinformation. Otherwise, *you* are part of the problem.
Which is why the BRAC is so damaging. The conspirators are slowly
damaging the ability of the population to defeat a corrupt government.
Fortunately, some in congress are waking up to the fact that the BRAC process
is dangerous.
The founding fathers envisioned the mess (corrupt government inflitrated within by those that want to destory the country) we have today.
What they did not envision is how technology would change over 200+ years and how difficult it would be to overthrow a corrupt government.
You are correct. It's interesting that you don't hear any talk
about Republicans that will run for President in 2008. Perhaps that is because
the conspirators are planning on *not having elections*.
Things are a mess, but perhaps some are waking up.
For instance, the destruction of 2.5 terabytes of 'Able Danger' data
that indicated the U.S. Government was aware of the terrorist threat
one year beforehand, and that 4 of them were identified. At least
some in congress are waking up.
SCOX has responded to Novell (check groklaw).
Though the response is creative and not founded
in reality, SCOX continues their fine tradition
of shooting themselves in the foot by contradicting
themselves in their own documements.
Yes! If you expect the need to re-read it later, get the lined stuff. If you are just brainstorming, then cocktail napkins are fine.
I've found that just the writing activity facilitates better recollection, such to
the point that many times I don't have to refer to my (hopefully not messy) notes.

Yep, that's the ticket!
They won't need to sue anyone once they have total control. And that is their goal.
Please research here before you dismiss such things lightly.

"I think the Department of Defense owes the American people an explanation of what went on here," said Sen. Arlen Specter (R-Pa.).
Oh, and it looks like Rita may be turning towards New Orleans in the last hour. What a mess.
Don't get yourself tainted messing with this 'project'.

Compare to non-proprietary development where there is no rush to create features, and security issues get resolved quickly.
