Wow, 100 MacBookPros for developers for 500 iPads? If I assume that not all of the developement was for the iPad, then did all the developers need MacBookPros. Most developers I know would prefer multi screen desktops. But I do not live in the Fortune 100 world.
ahm.!! ahm.!! somebody already said that You can always rebuild it if you have to from proper printouts. Get them professionally published to archive quality. Then to save your actual digital stuff, rotational disk archiving. No digital storage medium will be 100% effective so use a Raid array and plan to upgrade it every 3-4 years to a new array of better/bigger drives. Even then though, your absolute best best is that first part, then put them into archival storage in multiple locations.

A quick glance showed a lot of information on topics that I would consider to be terrorist related activities. I seen mention of making bombs, hiding stuff, and even mention of ricin, which my understanding is a poison. So I wonder, is it really safe to make information like this public-ally available knowing full well that hundreds of thousands of people will potentially download this information and use it for god knows what purpose?

well i think it will be most helpful & profitable to us and already someone said that he would've had better luck just coming here and asking them kindly to stop rather than ticking them off.
