It's better this way, meds will be cheaper as the collective tax payer is paying for it, or rather the government has the ability to give the medication to people at a much cheaper cost to the government than if it had to be purchased from a private organization. Intentions can be better.
The Government of Canada is giving it to WHO, you should be aware that it wasn't a private organization, but Canada and it's tax payers who are contributing to this. This is a good sign, as it means the citizens of Canada have control over it through their government, which means it won't be used to extort riches. Hence it going to WHO.
So yeah, building games that appeal to women isn't hard to do - but it does require that you build games that don't cater exclusively to the "hardcore gamer" audience.
That's pretty fucking sexist of you. "Hardcore gamers" are all just men? Fuck you.
Women are just as capable of being competitive, and hard core gamers. Yeah, make sure of course that there's flexibility in avatars for representation, but ignorant statements like that insult men by making it a man only activity that they repeat and keep women out, and insult women by thinking they wouldn't be interested in beating level 4 of halo in the fastest time possible.
What you have next? Women aren't interested in being soldiers and firing guns?
So you proved with tax subsidies, E.G The government paying for it, it's somehow cheaper?
Literal cost, it's still not cheaper.
Money is coming out of your pocket either in the form of taxes or a utility you pay for. Don't take this the wrong way, I'd PREFER to use alternative energy, for me, it would actually be cheaper in the long run for the amount of electricity I use. Some of us are paying more per KW than we should be due to other peoples over consumption which increases the cost of producing the electricity.
I know that A very simple solar rig, maybe 5-10k would meet all my power needs and I would end up with 'virtual profit' after 10-15 years. Technically sooner than that as the only reason I'd set it up would be if I owned a home, which has higher costs to heat, so maybe half the time to recover costs based on what the increased costs in heating would be.
(I'm very much a heat per room I'm using vs central heating kind of guy, or I like wood burning fire places which currently is a cheap source to heat a home.
It would also end up being more profitable if I was able to sell it back to the grid at the rate they charge, but they will find ways to make it so somehow they only profit from this eventually.
However for the cost of the infrastructure for huge power hogs, the return rate fails when maintenance comes up. I think the only real alternative way to use alternative energy is for low consumption people using alternative energy sources. However as a whole, it is not currently cheaper, until we come up with cheaper ways to make this equipment.
Here's how this works. You pay your ISP, the last mile provider for your last mile connection.
Next, you select a datacenter that is on the network / provider you like and or support. You then setup a vps or dedicated server. You tunnel all of your traffic through an encrypted VPN to that datacenter, and access the internet from there.
Congratulations, you are no longer having them shape and route traffic as they have no idea what information you are sending or receiving besides that it's a VPN connection. They can guess, but unless they start restricting that, which will affect corporate customers who have to vpn into work places, you'll be fine.
You have just won the internet, and selected your ISP, separately from your last mile provider.
This way you don't have to just cancel internet, can make ISP's life difficult, and if everyone does it, potentially force them to listen, maybe, a little.
Cheaper implies less monetary cost. You can't simply go, coal bad, therefore more expensive, as a COST TO OUR HEALTH and have something where you can discuss the cost of producing electricity on a purely business level.
Nor can you predict how the future will be handled. You can't say it's cheaper because then we don't have to build and run the super earth air filter, as we might just die instead.
So no, cost wise, not cheaper. Heatlh wise, better for us.
It can't be done. Advertisements for IP addresses will only let the information be sent to a single IP address.
Technically if a server supported a specific configuration it might be sort of possible, like the battlefield server you were connecting to, and I don't mean the actual server but the software, but the reality of it is what many people have said, which packet arrives first, which gets priority, packet loss could occur, all sorts of weird things.
The problem you're going to run into isn't even 'bribed and biased' speedtests themselves.
The problem is they literally priortize the traffic the IDENTIFY as a speed test.
So you can have a completely neutral party and if they don't hide that it's a speed test, it'll get prioritized.
E.G Download file45456.zip from a server. Measure that speed, repeat to confirm. Rename the file on the server speedtest.zip and bam, suddenly it gets way better speeds.
I don't know, personally I found it handled exceptionally well. I wouldn't want to do it somewhere public tho like a highway, roads are uneven, so it could get dicey at those speeds.
I thought about getting a metro convertible for the convertible part. The storm is a nice low end sports car though, so I expect the handling is a bit different than your metro.
The 92 geo storm is basically an izuzu impulse in disguise, although marketed by geo, it's an import and has izuzu stickers in the doors.
She actually agreed to help them, setup the page and got the information. They found the people involved to be potentially dangerous to her so they're covering it up by looking like they did it without her permission publicly so no one goes after her..
Because anyone with intelligence would realize that in order to fly these vehicles you would still be required to take it to an airport and have clearance to take off if it's a controlled air port, and a license to fly, and filed a flightpath.
The main perk of vehicles like this are in rural areas where distance between cities isn't that far by air, E.G over moumtains / water crossings, places with no roads. Then once you land, you can drive it to your final destination, and not have to pay for storage, arrange alternative transportation etc.
These are not things that people are going to 'get to speed ' on an open road and just start flying around the fucking city. You should have just been marked troll.
Actually skype is a program made by a company known as skype, which is now owned by microsoft. If you're downloading a file from apple.com and your skype software is deliberately interrupted, you have just now discriminated over Company A's traffic over company B's traffic.
Why isn't the issue, why are the theoritcal ( and very likely reasons ) people will do this. The issue is we don't want to be manipulated on that level.
So yes, net neutrality actually does mean the things you said it doesn't.
Actually there's a lot of fucking solutions, and we have a right to complain.
Utility companies are freaking out over people using alternative power like solar panels because it cuts into their profit. Oil companies buyout alternative car fuel sources and have shut them down repeatedly in the past to protect their oil profits
They're now embracing some of this technology because they have enough subsidiaries to make money. E.G they also own stakes in the electric company, and the hydrogen extraction company etc.
We want people to OPT into alternative technologies, and have us move forward as a society, instead of being thwarted by companies who wants 5 private jets instead of 1.
We want business models to either ADAPT or FAIL if they are no longer valid, to let society progress. We have new technology, socially it's changing us, but it's time for industry to move along with it, in every day aspects of normal citizens. Our staple - you must pay for a normal life- living costs, should be going down, not up.
We've invented a ton more ways to product a ton more of the things we need cheaper, but they're hanging on to older models to gouge us and pretend they have justification to charge what they do.
Solar power should continue to be subsidiezed, by the government, which CITIZENS pay for, in TAXES, so that we can all benefit from lower utility costs, making such usage not as much of a concern, lowering our costs, and lowering the effects of dirty energy burning. Re-using old solar panels will help offset the manafacturing imprint, as once enough are made, it will be refined to be cheaper, and there will be spare ones around, decreasing demand but providing ample power.
You know how dumb that is, when you go 'All these cold places are getting warmer, but a few places are still cold or even slightly colder now, so clearly, everything is fine'
Here, let me use your logic on something else!
People around me are not being raped and murdered, therefore the rest of the world is fine and in other countries are not getting raped in murdered either.
I have found work systems that run like the day they were installed, with software added and removed over years.
Proper software being installed and removed has no problems, and doesn't slow the system down. However, people who are fucking absent minded, install any software they feel like because the smiley banner said so, then try to remove it, run into fucking problems. Operating systems don't decay. People put stupid shit on them.
It's like a garage, you kept sticking shit into it, removing a few things, putting some others back but until you bother to properly reorganize it or clean it out, it gets cluttered.
There are a few people whose garage is sacred ground, they make sure to only store what things are worthy of their garage, and it's always immaculate.
So I'm going to rephrase this topic
"Will Windows 10 finally babysit me so I can do everything I want while pretending to wear the big boy pants"
No, probably not. But fortunately with more app based windows sanctified only software, one day, you might have that.
Yes but it's very difficult to find naturally, but we may have found a planet, it takes five years to get to that may have an abundance of unobmapleium.
It's better this way, meds will be cheaper as the collective tax payer is paying for it, or rather the government has the ability to give the medication to people at a much cheaper cost to the government than if it had to be purchased from a private organization. Intentions can be better.
Designing for tomorrow doesn't mean when tomorrow comes, your design won't be shit.
That's not what you said last night XD
You're missing the point of that statement.
Maybe not but from what I understand, the part the magnetic shield protects us from, would blow our atmosphere away if the magnetic field was gone.

If you come up with a way to spoof them into thinking regular traffic is a speed test it will be a beautiful thing, and you'll have to share it.
The problem you're going to run into isn't even 'bribed and biased' speedtests themselves.

Actually...I have 4 Cylinder car, and it absolutely makes it to 120 MPH, it actually hits about 123 MPH.
Nothing fancy either, 92 geo storm.
Maybe this one isn't average which is why we're reading about it?
Stop sucking. I'm sitting on a bucket load of mod points and I have ads disabled.
She actually agreed to help them, setup the page and got the information. They found the people involved to be potentially dangerous to her so they're covering it up by looking like they did it without her permission publicly so no one goes after her..

Low pay is causing women to leave. This just in, let's pay women more than men so they work in this field.
Or maybe, fuck you suck equality. Life isn't all roses for men either. Low pay, jokes, attitudes, we deal with these things as well.
The sun isn't up where I live either, I just happen to work graveyard shifts.
Overall, temperature is going up.
