    Don't be so down. Look at what's happened recently: the Republican party was so shocked and surprised by their loss in November that they've turned on their own media machine. Fox News approval rating is the lowest ever. Nobody reasonable believes them, and even the hardcore Tea Party members are starting to wonder if the corporate machine behind the spin might just be in it for their own money making. More people than ever don't trust Fox News. The heart and center of the R party has bought into the lie, and they will go the way of the dinosaurs they don't believe in.

    I like the way it took a Federal agency (DHS) to recommend deinstalling Java before Oracle did anything.

    When the higher courts get done with that, it's possible they'll decide other people can use your images, but unlikely.

    This is all spelled out in the Twitter Terms of Service, right? Who owns the content? Is a picture any different from text? Not in the database, except for type. You can quote a Tweet, picture and all, but you don't own it.

    You are moving at the speed of light through time. If you accelerate in space, you slow down in time.
    That's the difference. You cannot change your velocity through spacetime, you can only alter your direction.
