But. How about starting a club; 26 people in it. You take turns buying the magazine, scanning it on your home scanner, and then publishing it on a private homepage. Then you just have to pay for the mag every 2 years, and you still get to read every issue, in your home, with high quality picture.
It does not have much to do with these countries being boring. Hovewer, if you check the HDI ratings for the countries on the list, you will find something interresting.
This is too bad. Some people would say that blacklistings are necessary because they help keep the spamming down. And the spamming need to be kept down because most peoples inboxes would be too filled with spam to be useable. But when big companies like AOL starts blocking mail servers out of the blue, it kinda defeats the purpose.
Keep in mind that it is companies like this, aggressive, immoral capitalists, that run the USA through their lobbying organisations. No wonder daddy's boy has also started his way to bullying the world into WW3.
