    Whats wrong with mcdonalds, I worked there for a year, it was hella fun, I met more chicks there than I did at my current job(programmer) and I learned how to interact with people.

    I've tried apples...I must say there much better deep fried I know what plug and play means...no....neither does mac...LARGE fraction...well Have YOU used windows Are you pulling this out of your ass Windows 98 supports every usb device I've ever used and I've used lots of them windows 2k supports more windows me suports more It supports it as well as it does everything else

    Umm, I thought all autos drove pretty much the same...I thought that they all pretty much used the same fuel and were the same basic design...Thats what I'm advocating, It would e great if there was actual competition to windows...but that actully runs windows software completly and runs realtivly the same so there is no learning curve between the two

    What on earth do you mean by pay or leach for usb support. It kinda comes standard with 98 and above...maybe you need to spend some of that valuable time reading up on current software

    Just one thing...I think it's good to have a standard desktop, like windows. Who on earth wants to learn 4 diffrent OS's because they use one at home and then another at work and then the on at school or wherever. There needs to be one OS simply because it makes interopability so much easier

    Hmm, damn EVERY pc I bought had a windows cd with it...odd, maybe you should call up whoever and ask for it, as they are supposed to provide one...just a thought

    Ovbiously you have noooo clue as to how the world works, oil is always going to be used, it's simply so easy to use, now the thing is that they'd find it either way, now would you rather they emptied all the big ones destrying the landscape there or went and only got half of it and then had to go and destroy so much more landscape in the proccess of getting the little ones?

    So your willing to just copy the program that someone wrote for two years and is charging money for to support his/her family. Because you copied it and gave it to all your friends who use it constantly, that programmer can no longer afford to buy food. You murderer

    I just want to know where you found that? it's not intuitive if you don't know it. Putting the resolution stuff with the rest of the screen stuff is pretty intuitive.

    Another thing is just the fact that somthing as simple as changing your resloution is a bitch to do, or just find out, It may be somthing really simple but I've spent the past 3 days trying to figure it out.

    Walking and riding arn't options for people who live 40+ miles from their work. I'm not sure if you noticed but I see LOTS of buses taking the freeway too.

    Umm, diffrent is good to an extent. I don't want to reboot into a diffrent os just to play quake, and then reboot to run my e-mail client and then reboot to run my development platform. I want one OS that runs everything damnit
