    I was thinking along the lines of going after public enemy #1, "Drought", by using things like Renewable Resouce Powered Water Purification devices.

    So I wonder, "Why can't the U.S.Government send a billion dollars of aid to Texas in the form of Wind Turbines, and Solar Farms to power Desalination Plants?"

    Law Enforcement has more than enough evidence to issue a ticket for "Disorderly Conduct", and now their going dig into the Defendants communications? At this point, Petitions for Discovery on those that are associated with the "1%" group would be just as valid by the Defense. I'm reminded of the Accountant that couldn't balance an account because it was off by 1 cent. Which uncovered an multi million dollar scam by a overly greedy manager. Maybe the Defense should start filing for discovery of Law Enforcement ties to campaign donations?

    So how could this idea be submitted to the Defense?

    Citation: my daughter was on a field trip some where in the U.K., got hurt. Friends took her to the local hospital. They patched her up, no charge. I'm telling her she's not a charity case, pay the going rate. Daughter, while still on the phone, asks doctor, "Can you put my dad on some kind of medication, so he'll calm down?" I hate it when my daughter has more common sense than I do.

    The day will come when someone close to you will become an, "expensive applicant." Lets hope your loved ones feel the same way you do, and voluntarily walk quietly into the night. But if you are like your parents, then they'll be the first to demand some of that "socialized med," if only to live one more day?

    I asked Eugene, "why;" the reply was, displayed. That's when I figured the bar of excellence for Chat Bots must be about 6 feet in the ground.

    Has anyone thought of crowd sourcing a Chat Bot? The really smart folks working on this stuff have the hard stuff figured out, but the common sense stuff is a little bit beyond their grasp.

    There will always be power users, but the average user,(90%+ tablet users), will very satisfied with Internet, and openOffice applications on a tablet. The rest of us have to wait till someone figures out how we do our deveioment on a tablet.

    Tablets with internet access, and openOffice are the future.

    Billy Gates might want to consider owning stocks that pay a dividend in the near future.

    The one thing I keep going back to is the part were the Thyroid Gland kind of "dissloves" after exposure to radiation. Do mice have Thyroid glands that act like Human Thyroid glands?

    My taxes pay for state run universities to exist. When I see my children work hard for their grades, good enough to get into any university, only to see others with parents that did not contribute a single dime, get allowed to go to the head of the enrollment line; that's when I see my children get hurt. Why must America's children be the victim of a petty Chancellor's greed?

    I think India getting pissy over not being able to purchase an F-22 Rator says it's time to reconsider BRIC.
