    I think I spotted the flaw in your logic, it is because of pricing that the rest of the internet must carry the burden. ISP's that Throttle, are the problem, and not in any solution.

    The Judge ordered the information, there's not much a LEO can do except comply; or appeal to a higher court. This could be considered a stalling tactic. As for the reference to the judge as a tool; now I see comedy.

    Maybe this intern should consider Economics. One need only look around for those in their 20's, 30's, 40's and 50's; is there an even distribution? Look around at the H1B types, and make a comparison of work titles. Then this intern could the ask question, "Could I make a career working here?"

    One can see the effect of a business on a community by applying John Nash's formula.

    I tried ignoring the phrase, "...will tend to perpetuate existing social structures and dynamics' and 'encourage us to optimize the status quo rather than challenge it...," I couldn't understand why such a learned person just wouldn't use the term "mediocrity?"
