    Why do people say that? If you look at the number of cases the 9th circuit has had overturned it looks worse than most other courts, but what that number doesn't tell you is that the 9th is about the busiest court in the nation and, percentage wise, doesn't have a higher percent overturned.

    But neither side on this issue wants to think about it, they just want to attack each other.

    Yes, stolen. Do a google search on cable/copper/au theft and you will be suprised. They rip down the cable to sell the metal in it as scrap.

    We are not charged for getting calls on our Plain Old Telephone System (POTS). You are thinking of how our Cell Networks work. Another reason why GSM and other cell nets are more prevalent in developing countires is there is less wire than can be stolen.

    What school did you go to that didn't have a library? Info on the Russian space program (including these probes) was in most, if not all, of the books I read about space in school.

    If Kodak is in charge then it is doomed. They are the modern day xerox when it comes to marketing what they make. Hell, they had to move production of film off shore because they could no compete with Fuji Film because Kodak said it is too expensive to make film in the USA. Fuji Film is made in America.

    GRE said is cheating was the reason the test was cancelled. If you do a google search you can get more info on it.

    Is cheating still widespread in Colleges in India? I ask this because in 2002 the GRE was canceled in that region due to very high levels of cheating.
