    Up to the point that his 'art' is pressed into 1,000,000+ little plastic discs and sold. If the artist didn't want it modified he should not have sold it in the first place.

    Well, you need to tell the studios to quit saying 'OWN NOW ON DVD' in almost all those dvd ads on TV.

    Looks to me like the people selling the product are implying that you own it after you pay for it.

    You do want the goverment to force stations to carry your views, that is what the FD was.

    And these 'minrods' as you call them would not have such a loud voice if people didn't tune in and listen to there programs.

    Why don't you and your side come up with something that 20 million people a week would like to listen to before you get the goverment to shut up those you do not agree with?

    Try providing a product that millions of people will listen to. If you provide the numbers the ad dollars will follow.

    CC and the others put on that type of radio BECAUSE IT MAKES THEM MONEY.

    The have to save it for the same reason they do not like sending it. Open Records laws. It is much easier to take 2 or 3 different stands on an issue if those you talk to have no record...

    You said he quote 18.00 for S/H but it only cost 8.00 for shipping. Unless the auction in question said 'buys pays actual shipping charges' he did not cheat you. Charging a lot for S/H is not cheating.

    Yes you can. The have the ability to ban the channels. Unlike music/video sharing there is no way to justify allowing those channels.

    I do not think it is the RIAA/MPAA. It is, more likely, a group of people upset with Dalnets policy of allowing kiddy porn channels on there net.

    Believe it. Bank of America can not even do realtime updating of accounts on the internet. Sometimes it takes 48 hours for CASH transaction you DO IN A BRANCH to show up.

    Much like those is Hollywood that are funding thost anti-suv ads while they ride around in limos and live in 9,000 SF homes, it is not about THEM saving the environment, it is about control the rest of us. Otherwise they would lead by example.

    No. Companies that worry about 20,000,000 are being very smart. Just ask Warren Buffett, don't you think the companies that he ownes worry about 20,000,000? Damn right they do if the managers of the company still want to have their jobs next month.

    A company thinking 20,000,000 is not a lot of money is a company that will keep losing money. No matter how you slice it, 20,000,000 is a lot of money.

    Or it could be people who think that the goverment could use the money better for other things, like fusion research or paying of the debt. The USA currently pays 350,000,000,000 per year in interest on the debt, pay that off and you would have plenty of money to pay for all the science you want.

    No. The next logical step would be getting a working fusion reactor so we can power the planet with 'cleaner' energy.

    Because it's not about sending people to Mars. It's about sending millions/billions to defense contractors. It will be canceled a year or two before 2010.

    Two words for those that say I am wrong. "Superconductor Supercollider".
