    ... take someone's copyrighted work without paying them for it. Or, abet the taking and distribution of copyrighted work. It's really very simple and has nothing at all to do with freedom of speech. And someone posting on the internet that it DOES have something to do with freedom of speech or otherwise rationalize that it's o.k. to take copyright work without paying for it, doesn't make it so. And if you DO think like that, then I hope you enjoy your date with that French model you met on the internet.

    Internet access, like transportation and cell phone service and cable or satellite TV and food and shelter, are commodities we purchase. While they may all be necessities in many people's minds they simply are NOT human rights. A human right is something you're born with and no one can take away. Someone may "violate" your human rights but they can't take them away and human rights cannot be bought and/or sold.

    They both grow in dirt (organic and conventional), they are the same plant, they don't, on balance, have more or less of anything than the rest of the fruits and vegetables. Bottom line if you want to pay 3X as much for your food buy organic. If you just want to eat and get the most nutrition for your $$, buy conventional. And don't forget, we can't feed the world's population organically. Can't be done!

    This is just another call from people with no imagination but a burning desire to try to profit from those who CAN innovate by copying other people's ideas and tweaking them for a market. The solution is to pay licensing fees instead of litigating, but the lawyers don't make as much from that strategy.
