Well, I assumed that it could hold 300 Gbits on all planes, but of course, it could be more dense on one plane than another. Assuming that the material has the same density on the horizontal and vertical planes, all you have to do is raise the figure to the ^3 power. I dont really know enough about this though, so I may be wrong.

That's not quite true. There have always been alternatives. MacOS has been around since the mid-80's. It actually appears that MacOS was the only choice, at least before Windows. Of course there was DOS, but the average user didn't start using PC's until around the time of win 3.1, IMHO. I don't think Microsoft has used strong-arm tactics against Linux or MacOS, maybe Netscape and Java, and Java sucks anyway, so I don't really care. They did undercut Netscape majorly, But I see nothing illegal about that at all. It may be a really mean thing to do, but hey, that kind of stuff happens all the time. I like opera anyway :). I also don't think MS was price-fixing, I think they were selling stuff for the maximum that their products could get on the free market, and just as a side note, capitalism is not about whatever benefits the buyer the most. It's about being able to sell something anyway you want, and at any price. There are limits to this of course, but I don't think MS crossed any of these lines. Their OSes still suck, but IE is good, and Office is marginally usable, if I have to use it for school or something. Gobe Productive kicks Office's ass though, I must say...

If black people in this country can't get an education, Its their own damn fault. As a matter of fact, my school recently had several black-only scholarships left over at the end of the year, because not enough people signed up for it. My mom being one of them. My mom works at general electric as a technician. She makes quite a bit of money, definately enought to live on, and having an electrician for a mom is just damn cool anyways. I honestly see no reason why blacks should feel like they have a harder time getting an education than any other group of people, in fact, sometimes it can be easier. I'd like to see the protests start if someone decided to have an all white mall college scholarship program. But really, I don't think there is a huge social divide in our country anymore. Hmm, i guess they hate white people. Pulling over some innocent white folks driving around minding their own business. If you're talking about unconstitutional searches and seizures, then I agree slightly somewhat more, more black people get searched illegaly simply because they do not know their rights. They say yes to everything the cop asks. He says, "Do you mind if I search the car?" many people arent educated enough to know that you are allowed to say no if you choose to. And if they search you anyway, any case would most likely get thrown out in most courts... I think this whole issue is insanely stupid. Theres simply too many win 2000 boxes that all have the same security holes. and more people know how to take advantage of those holes than other OSes.
