    And now, you can't even encrypt anything without the government having the key, I wonder what would be safer, unencrypted or encrypted....If I send my mail unencrypted, it will probally be lost in the flood of emails that are being sent every second. If I encrypt, I have something to hide, either from competitors or from the government etc., They might as well just pick up all encrypted mails, because they probally will be more interesting.......God SAVE America, Bush and co certainly won't.

    So the american part of the internet will be isolated from, for example, the european part? Please build that wall, make it a real one for all i care, i don't like to deal with 90% of the americans any way. Too bad i'll lose the few i'll actually like to share my thoughts with, but then, maybe they should speak up some more againtst the idiots over there.

    Basicly, i have yet to find the difference between the 2 mayor american parties, of which one is right wing, and the other ultra-right wing. Coming from the Netherlands, it is quite scary what the american system looks like.
    Btw, the elections of last year really showed how good your system works.....

    This goes for us only.
    Other countries don't have your easy to get credit cards.
    For example, I would have to earn at least $2500,- a month before i can get a credit card. I have one, because i do earn that amount. But charges for internet porn, are usually somewhere around 10-20 usd, which most people in the Netherlands can pay easily. Just because we can't get a credit card that easily, should that mean that this will not be available for us?

    Indeed, we should make shure that:
    A:these terrorists, and the ones supporting them should be punished adequately, without resorting to extremes.
    B:there should be no reason to resort to terrorisme anymore. That means tell israel to finally give in to some of the more reasonble demands. Then, the terrorists cannot justify themselves to the general public of their homecountry, thereby forfeiting the support, ending it all.

    I agree with most you say, and am very grateful of some of the acts of america in the past, others are offcourse less beautifull. The only correction i'd like to give is that isreal, at least part of it doesn't want peace at all, the settlements are still built in palestinian teritory.

    BTW: i am dutch, and do agree that we have to thank america for what we are now, i just wish that america had more likeness in progress that we took the last 50 years.

    Apart from The terrorists themselves, who are indeed either misled or utterly crazy, the people supporting this, or countries supporting them, usually don't have much to lose. If for example you are very poor, and so is your family, I come up to you and say if you support my cause, i will feed your family, you are likely to say yes. This works the same as for anyone, if someone helps you, you help him, if you have a choice, you can accept morality, if not, you will accept anything....

    Who told you that the US is right in backing Israel???? Israel has commited numerous crimes against humanity in the last couple of years. Maybe the US should stop supporting israel and instead get both parties in the peace process together, instead of actively supporting one.

    PS: offcourse i'm totally against terrorist attacks against civilian targets such as the WTC.

    Basicly I was not referring to the idea of the sims, which is in its own way very interesting, i might not personally like the gameplay, but that is besides the point. Basicly the monster and troll argument is what put me to it. Games have been mature way before the sims, just because they did not include interaction in this way.

    so what about games like settlers, age of empires or civilisation, don't they feature normal humans? Let alone a game like simcity. These guys are just very short sighted, to the point of just confirming accepted prejudices.

    I partly agree with you, still as a parent, you'll have to talk to your kids about the things they will be seeing, and why they are bad. As a parent myself, I had to tell my children that violence is bad etc. Still they will encounter it, either on tv. or otherwise. I do agree that kids should not be able to buy the games themselves, because it will make parental control impossible.

    Actually, as Tolkien explained in an interview. The story has a deep meaning. It actually is a storyline for WW2. With The hobbits (common folks, gandalf (churchill), The eagles (America), Goblins(german&italians) etc. The story revolves about the A-bom secret (the one ring) which was developed by german/yewish scientists.

    You must be an american, since the style these books were written in is older english, they are a bit different to modern english. Actually i liked the old style better than the newer translations to 'new' english. As for originality, Tolkien was the first to create a world/universe consisting of fantasy alone. The problem is offcourse that the real reason behind the story line is WW2.

    Actually blizzard dumped the 3d controlled view: http://www.blizzard.com/war3/faq/faq-features.shtm l. Will there be any map rotation? The player will not be able to rotate the camera manually, but there will be in-game cinematic sequences and spell effects that will feature camera movement, including rotation of the camera.

    If I was an american, voting and drinking would have to happen simultaniously for me to even consider the hoax your voting system is seriously. Luckily i live in The Netherlands, where it really matters who you vote for, since we have a political system with 16+ parties instead of just 2.

    Some remarks on your post: 1: only nvidia is a mayor player at the moment, since ati still can't produce reasonable drivers(as always) 2: The upcoming "low budget" hercules cards might bite into nvidia's market share. 3: Make a better product and you can compete with anyone, at least for hardware... Nvidia showed it themselves.
