    I bought a dual psx/usb adapter off ebay for like 10 bucks, works perfect. handles ps2 controllers/analog sticks with just the standard usb modules.

    Sounds like a really good business move for cupertino. WMA support would also be added to iTunes, since that is the preferred method to interact with the iPod. The goals of iTunes and iPod are the same - to be the gateway between you and your media. This is how Apple makes money. Adding support for as many codecs possible for both iTunes and iPod is in their best intrests, since it only increases the likelyhood that you are buying a product from them. I could see a similar type of convergence between video/quicktime/iTunes and video capable iPods in the Future.

    Im pretty sure TCO takes productivity into account, otherwise not having any computers at all would result in the best TCO :/

    Im not sure what 'basic tools' IBM uses in windows that do not have a GNU replacement, but I would imagine they would be able to leverage various oss projects/code to create them 'from scratch'. I would say this is 10% PR and 90% rad.

    2 - they said FOUR 4proc servers , so even at that price your talking 6 grand.

    semantics are kinda pointless i guess but submitter seems to have purposely tried to put such a system within the grasp of the average person , and thats not very nice.
