Why does everything "good" have to be liked by MILLIONS of people? Isnt that the mindset that creates steaming piles like "Be Cool" - make the most bland-least-offensive-lowest-common-denominator-dr ivel possible to maximize profits? F that.

Either run it through a decent hauppage card or pick up one of the excellent micromsoft boxes like the xrgb2 or x-select d4 for you hdtv buffs. 320x240 is dead..
Whats with all these screenshots for distro releases - what exactly are people looking at? All I see is gnome or kde that could be running on anything. Are the distro-specific wallpapers that intresting?
get one of those crazy warrantees. I picked this up from staples last week. Nothing amazing, just a well built comfortable chair. I chose fabric over the crappy leather any chair $350 comes with. The cool thing is for an extra $20 you can get a 3 year service plan that covers everything except water damage. Personally I havent had a computer chair last over 3 years, mainly because all these cheapo "executive" chairs just arent built to last that long.
I want a GTA mod where the player is rewarded for attacking Joe Lieberman, pushing him to the ground, kicking him repeatedly and then ultimately killing him, shooting him over and over again.
