I have given a grand total of $0 to my University since graduating. I had to work a full time job and gave almost every penny I earned to tuition or lodging for four years. I sure as heck am not going to pay them now! Especially when about 20 years ago when I was there their sports program LOST $6million a year (for a small university with under 3000 students that works out at about $2700 per student... I hate to think how much they lose now). They also wasted things like $20k to put in a small sign at the front of the university (how do you justify $20k in 1990's dollars, on a tiny sign?)
They wasted the money I got when I went there. I'm not giving them any more now I'm no longer attending.
IoT is already here without 5G. 5G being here or not will have no impact on the technology. Besides, in countries like the US where data plans are so ridiculously high, you're not going to pay 5G rates to keep your toaster connected to the internet.
1) They're more likely to be still together providing a more stable two-parent upbringing. 2) They're probably only working one job. They're home in the evening to help the kid with homework. 3) You're going to get a healthier diet. Your brain will develop properly because you have the nutrition you need. 4) Your parents are going to value you getting an education more, because they have one and know how important it is. 5) You live in a neighborhood with high home values- which means higher property tax, which means your school is better funded.
Microsoft spends so much money and frustration trying to push failed ideas though instead of focusing on things they do well, or trying something new. They're always the last one to the party and bring vinegar instead of wine.
When something fails, sometimes it's best to drop it and try something new, learn from mistakes. Microsoft seems to have the mentality, "we've lost $100million on this project, and no one wants to use it, let's throw $100million more at it and see if it makes a difference."
There never was any such thing as "cord cutting". Sure you can cancel your cable TV. But you need Internet access and where are you going to get it? For most of the U.S. you have exactly one choice, and they charge you more more Internet access if you don't also have their TV service. Then add monthly data caps on top of that. All of those so-called cord-cutters most likely ended up paying more and getting less.
7 or 8 years ago when I "cut the chord" (and you're right, just the cable TV part, the cable company still has a monopoly on broadband in my area), I saved a whole lot of money. My cable bill went down like 80% just getting the internet. Then, as more and more people cut the chord, cable companies started realising how much money they were losing, and how they could use their internet monopoly to an advantage and started jacking up their internet prices. (the fact that they only started doing this once chord-cutting became common, shows that they COULD provide internet service for a lot less, they just are taking advantage of their corrupt monopoly situation).
Nowadays, yes, I'm probably not saving much over those with cable TV/internet bundle. It saves a little, but not a lot; but I really don't want cable TV. Sure, watching live sports not over some grey-area feed would be nice; other than that though, cable TV seems to be a wasteland of reality crap.
History Channel? Not about history anymore. TLC? Just a channel about exploiting freaks for reality TV. Discover? Discover how bad reality TV is.
Every channel I used to watch, nowadays is just reality shows- and I have zero interest in any of them.
I picked my phone, specifically because the manufacturer was known to offer a very close to "stock" android on it. There is only one added feature to the Android from stock, and it's useful, something I use all the time.
Bloatware lost LG, or Samsung getting at least one sale.
I don't want Clippy 2.0 on my PC and I certainly don't want it on my phone. Very few people actually want Cortana, MS, why do you keep trying to push failing ideas and never know when to give up? You keep digging a deeper financial hole hoping your failed gamble pays off. See Windows Phones.
Which is probably why, despite being out there, they haven't, ummm, had sales take off. The first flying cars, or roadable aircraft, are going to have major compromises, which is why they're very much a niche market.
You can probably add Slashdot to that list. They are collecting all our opinions about Trump, AI being real, and the slashvertisement of the day and are going to use that information against us.
She didn't just distribute information showing abuses though- she distributed everything she could get her hands on without care. Snowden managed to strip out information dangerous to individuals- Manning was in it "for the lulz", to use a phrase from that approximate time. Intent is the main difference here.
Of course some of the things she uncovered were horrendous and if that's all she did, and if she did it to draw attention to those issues, I would be forgiving of her too.
I had to go back and correct what I had written originally too, caught it before hitting post. It doesn't help that when this started out she was still referring to herself as himself.
We have a bidet toilet seat on our toilet at home. There is a women's cleansing option, and yes, of course, I have tried it out. The spray just hits a slightly different spot. Still shoots at the crack, just lower down, missing the actual butt hole. Don't worry, it won't pulverize your nads.
I don't understand the logic behind pardoning Manning but not Snowden.
Snowden was very careful about how he released material not to get people hurt, the information he released was relevant and sincere whistle-blowing, not just random data dumps from sensitive sources.
Manning was just a show-off trying to data-dump anything she could get her hands on without a greater purpose in mind. She did it because she could, not because she had any morale compass.
Snowden should be the one forgiven and returned to the US public sector, not Manning. Obama got this one backwards.
I'm not even sure how one would go about "dressing up" as a woman in prison. It's not like prison uniforms come a wide variety of fashion styles that prisoners get to pick.
"Oh, like, this orange jumpsuit is so, tacky. I'll try the black and white stripes, it is so slimming and fabulous, like, oh, I can add this red belt as an accessory, that would be like, so rad."
Dutch is easy- it's just German looking words pronounced as if they were English words. Dutch to me always sounded like "fake German" being spoken by an English speaker.
I'm sure if this were the Russian government then ALL the powerstations would have gone down. The fact that only one went down suggests to me that it is some Russian nationalists with hacking skills and a nationalistic fire in their belly.
Expect if we go to war against Russia/China all the lights will go off and communications will be disrupted in our country and theirs- at least initially.

More money? Better healthcare? Having everything you want? A butler named Jeeves.
I think we fought a war in the 1940's against people with the ideology that their people were superior and so deserved better chances
Exactly.
Also, if your parents are wealthy:
1) They're more likely to be still together providing a more stable two-parent upbringing.
2) They're probably only working one job. They're home in the evening to help the kid with homework.
3) You're going to get a healthier diet. Your brain will develop properly because you have the nutrition you need.

I really chouldn't be bothered.
I guess, I saw it on the comment above mine spelt like that and subconsciously started spelling it incorrectly myself.

it's not too hard to figure out through trial and error.
That could be dangerous as a man if you press the tampon removal button.
You are, of course, correct, but still, he's showing leniency to a criminal and letting a hero continue to be on the hook.

I thought I read the US was abolishing all private prisons.
(because what you said, was correct).
I think he's my doppleganger because a lot of women say his name when they meet me.

I turn my Main Screen on by running my finger across it sensually.
