I.e. I carry the Panasonic GD35 to field work. I cary the Nokia 6210 to the Office or sales meatings and I use the Panasonic GD92 as my "Dress Phone". (It matches my silver jewelry and Titanium rimed glasses )
2. I just used what came in the shipment. The aim was to make sure all the drives were in working order before actual deployment.
3. Performance was not an isue at all (See #2).
4. We are seriusly considering a new archive server for the office. Again, performance isn't the major concern so we would shamelessly do 16 200-300 GB drives on an 8 controler card.
It is trivial to put 26 SCSI drives on a single phisical controler card (2 SCSI 3 chanels. 14 devices each, including the controler itself. 26 SCSI drives total).
Or as this guy has done. IDE controlers. Some of which alow up to 4 chanels (I.e. 8 drives). I actualy built a test server with over a terabyte of storage space.

Also, he has a voice that's soposed to strike fear into the hearts of scum. MK's high pitched Selean Deion soundalike voice dosn't do it. Also his accent is soposed to be a little off too.
Is it like a family thing? Superman has to be "Reaves"? OK. So They arn't related. Big deal.
The key is to have the screan hero look like the comic book character and convincingly cary off the personality as writen.
The marvel people seem better at this. I.e. Spiderman is great and the whole Xmen team is beliveble.

However most "Adding Capacity" is from satisfide customers who are moving other services to the platform in question or even better have grown the business so much that they need to buy more and/or biger machines.

NVIDIA Dose compatibility in the graphics hardware. This means that the driver software for you TNT Will allso run your TNT2 and many (If not all) of the newer chips.
What this transelates to is much lower overhead for them. I.e. Other chip vendors must write whole new drivers for each chipset/OS combination and for OSs that havn't got vendor support (hardware vendors) the OS vendor must do all that work.
This means that NVIDIA spends less money to achive adequet performance on all the diferent OS/chip combinations.
I.e. All the Linux drivers for NVIDIA are on a single page at the NVidia site.

Instead you should just analise the moves and where you would end up with a given sequence of moves. Already some chess programs work by calculating which moves will leave it in the best position 6 moves latter or 10 moves latter.
Those programs are beaten by grandmasters who can make moves which will put them in what looks like a bad position 6 moves latter but don't anymore after 12 moves.
A perfect chess computer would see farther than the best grandmaster. Of course this may mean it will nead to see all the posible moves from that point to the ethe game.
The curent champion may beat the curent software champ. However I wouldn't bet oin that hapening again in 5 years.
Of course I may be wrong and we may see a white heaviweght boxing champ this year too.
