best buy should EXPECT people to game their system.

if best buy combats this, and consumers find that to be too high priced, then they should go shop online.

at which point best buy goes out of business and everyone is happy.

Do I wish he would have had the scruples to stay out of politics since his company is making voting machines? Yep.

When he said he was committed to delivering Ohio to Bush, he meant that as a GOP campaigner, contributor, and backer. Not that he was going to secretly have a 13,000-employee company rig a presidential election.

hahahhahahahhahahahahahhahahaha you give the conspiracy far too little credit :( The global crime syndicate isnt above having this man commit voter fraud....please its a fact that they are willing to commit voter fraud, and also a fact that they are willing to say things in public that partially or blatantly expose their willingness to do exactly what they will.

lets say you have a heatsink capable of transferring 300w away from the proc. but the proc is only putting out 100w, that means that the proc will just stay at room temperature.

but if you put a 200w pelt on the proc, then use the 300w heatsink, you're proc will be getting colder than room temp, cuz the pelt is taking the ambient heat away and forcing it to the heatsink to dissapate, which it does.

therefore pelts do cool :) and therefore you ALWAYS get lower proc temps with them, provided you have a big enuf heatsink :)

The fact that industrialists aren't keen on paying the costs to upgrade and modernise their rather archaic and inefficient systems is significant only in the amazing naivety of it. Modernising costs, sure, but if you can produce more for less, then you end up the long-term winner from spending that money.

problem to modern industrialists is that the capital outlay required for less emmissions DONT help increase efficiency :(

problem is that liars like the parent have convinced industrialists that they DONT need to spend the money, that you can dump TONS of pollutants into the air and it wont affect anything!!!!!!

so i think the software being pirated actually did sell hardware, but we all know the $$ is in software

usb2.0 is fast enough for pretty much any single device, and probably for more than that...you can run a typical ide hd, dvd burner, and all your standard peripherals at the same time no problem (banging on the hd at max speed, burning at 8x, and using mouse keyboard printer etc).

firewire is just overpriced and its true benefit (hostlessness) really isnt used, cuz you cant hook things like an hd straight up to things like camcorders. i mean firewire is great but there isnt much need for it.
