    yes but "functionally CD-audio equivalent" is NOT in actuality cd quality.

    therefore your re-encoded files will be of a lower quality than files created in the same fashion from actual cd quality files.

    how much lower quality....varies.

    those figures are no where near correct. top end 15k drives dont eclipse 100MB/sec yet sustained. those figures are only for cache bursting.

    still tho approx 5x 15k drives could saturate 320, but only when they're all at max speed.

    the problem isnt that we HAVE a serial number, the problem is when other people USE that serial number.

    the problem with rfid is that it can be read without the holder's knowledge

    wow, this great, i read this as im listening to chomsky on a talking book player!

    this will be nice since battery life should be so much longer (as if its a problem now).

    i do like how whne you stop the tape, it physically knows where you are so it resumes when you hit play, hope the flash player does this.

    maybe books wouldnt need so many tapes either :(

    but nascar itself is HIGHLY technical, even tho the technology that they are basing everything on (pushrod v8, 3 link rear susp, large domestic car). getting a pushrod v-8 of that displacement up to 10k rpm is quite a feat.

    still tho f1 technology is god :)

    so what if it has TONS of kid type games? that doesnt mean it doesnt have a lot of good "adult" games.

    MOST of the games that are "adult-marketed" are TOTAL PILES OF SHIT, and hence dont count.

    GC simply has the most truly classic games.
    ps2 has gt3 and gt4, vf4 and vf4 evo.
    xbox has ...... NOTHING, maybe fable.
