Well they are doing a fairly decent job already. In fact on the Nook Color the magazines are amazing and do not lack for photographic content. Of course I have to tether it to my phone when I'm not near a hotspot but I don't mind.
I worked for a rather large bank that was still using token ring in the building I worked (This was about 8 years ago). One of the PCs on the call center floor lost its network connectivity. I realized her leased address had expired and it didn't get renewed. We'd had problems with the ring hubs losing their IP Tables in the past so I called the sysadmins and spent 3 hours on the phone with a guy who insisted I didn't know what I was talking about. During this time several other PCs had gone dark. I finally jumped through all the hoops he insisted I try and he finally said..."hrmm...it must be the IP Tables on the router. I'm not allowed to do anything to those. Let me go get my boss."
Cancer covers quite a bit of biological territory and not all cancers are created equal. This seams to trivialize just how diverse our bodies are and discounts its ability to adapt. I mean cancer at it's core is actually the bodies attempt to adapt to a situation that has gone awry. I read somewhere the body creates cancer cells every day of your life but the immune system takes care of it naturally. When someone gets cancer it is because the immune system didn't catch it and it was allowed to multiply.
I've worked in numerous companies over my career and my experience would suggest you are incorrect. Like it or not cheating is a skill and those who are good at it are usually good at making upper management think they know what they are doing. They are also pretty good at getting other people to either do their jobs or take the blame for failures.
I was thinking more like Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Boys clubs (club is just another word for gang anyway) of America). In fact by that logic Sam's Club, Player's club, dance club, etc. club should all be banned!
He's cutting the wrong way. He should be eliminating all the PBX systems and giving everyone a Motorola Atrix type device instead. It take/makes calls, send/receive email, converts to desktop/laptop, and plugs into projector/TV for multimedia presentations.
Speaking of Razer. The keyboard on their just announced Switchblade is basically a touchscreen with a transparent keyboard overlay. Similar to the Optimus keyboard where every key is OLED screen except Razer just uses one touchscreen. I think this could be a very good keyboard if the released it as a peripheral.
Perhaps Microsoft doesn't want to be burdened with hosting the requisite source code on their servers since they would be required to under the GPL.

In unrelated news Steve Jobs is suing Kellogg for using the word apple to sell its Apple Jacks cereal.
How can you stand around and laugh at everyone trying to email, txt, call when they (and you) are dead? No, my way is much more fun I think.

Nothing that's going to destroy the fabric of society.
One Word:
Strategically placed EMP devices.
OK that's four words but you get the picture.
I want to feed and cloth 98% of Americans and I will use Magic Fairy Dust and the sale of Unicorns to pay for it. Logistics...Aint it a b!tch?
Interesting since the research (WWII) started in the late 1930's concluded the opposite.

"they asked whether Bulletstorm, an upcoming M-rated shooter from Epic Games, is the worst game in the world."
They obviously have never played the Leisure Suite Larry franchise.

Here are some Tools that need to receive a Darwin award.
Hey! At least a certain monolithic juggernaut ISV that is known for hijacking ALL standards isn't in the top four.

Is it illegal to use the devices or is it illegal to sell the devices? The former is virtually impossible to prove.

Aren't people who use all of their own equipment to do a job called consultants? I'll happily use my equipment but you will pay for the privilege.
Anyone else read 34,000 year old Orgasms?
Well I think he should start a Class Action lawsuit against his government because Assange only posted facts. It was his government that scared him.
