A friend and I are going to drive a 1966 olds hearse from San Francisco to Providence. Along the way we are planning on seeing what this country has to offer 2 35 year olds. No computers, no tv, no nothing except for 1 cell phone for emergencies only and an aging boom box for cd's, other then that it's just him and me and the great outdoors (oh yeah and a 22 foot antique to get us there.) We plan on taking 2 weeks for the trek but who knows.
Oh first of all pardon my spelling error, I'm not an english major.
second, I don't think we would "lower" the ocean temp one bit. Now raise it maybe.
Third try and think beyond our current generation. I'd like to leave my descendants a livable planet, whether it's the next generation our 100 down the line.
Yes and by screwing with the oceans themodynamics we will have finally ruined earth as a livable habitat so that we'll NEED those several colonies. Do you have any idea how important the ocean's balance is to our lives. I'd prefer we actually think of the long term effects of our next "Unlimited" energy source.
Then why do they feel the need to sneak this through with no debate. Why not let it stand on its own merit instead of attaching it as a rider to an Emergency Supplemental Appropriations bill.
Why because it's not open source. If you require all software on Linux to be open source you might as well admit it is a hobby os. Not everyone wants to give away the source to their projects.
Ahh fuck it, I hate GPL nazis, I'm going back to BSD.
A truely die hard fan would not name his son Anakin. Luke maybe or Han, or if a girl Leia. Remember the die hards are in their 30's and would get their names from the original 3.
Well, a residential environment isn't the most friendly place for Wi-Fi. On top of AP's interfering with each other left and right, you also have cordless phones and other devices that can wreak havoc.
And that is why I use 802.11a. plus the equipment is dirt cheap. I was able to find a Proxim Harmony 802.11a AP for $5 on ebay. A fimrware update is all thats needed to make it work without the AP controller. All that and it supports power over ethernet, no that I use it.
If I had access to more then just the previous year I would subscribe in a hearbeat. $50 a year for access to the NYT Archives would be a deal and a half.
Actually if you go to the site you will see that XP Pro is 159 and XP Home is 99. The quoted motherboard does have gigabit ethernet, and the case was included. So all you need is a bluetooth adapter if you really want one.
Well considering Spyglass Mosaic was a commercial browser and was not GPL'ed. It was an enhanced version of NCSA Mosaic which was also not GPL. MS licensed Mosaic from Spyglass in 1995 in a lucrative deal for Spyglass where they would receive a quarterly fee plus a percentage of Microsoft's revenues for the software. We all know what happened next. All in all Spyglass got screwed now worms rule that thar intrweb thing.
So basically you have no right to the IE source code(not sure why you'd want it).

Try changing Velveeta to Government Cheese.
Ugh changing the dive in a PB is a pain in the ass. But I did notice a noticable improvement, unfortunately I have a pc not a mac ):
What about replacing the internal drive with a 7200rpm 2.5" drive. I have 2 of them in my laptop now and I like em.

Well for one, I am not required to have a passport.
Umm, cookies are files. Cached pages and images are files. So yes the browser does have legitimate uses for writing files.

RE: As of 4/26/05 I enter the world of a non-smoker. Wish me luck and a lot of support.
I know this is off topic, but I wish you the best of luck and truely hope you succeed.
Congratulations.

Actually better yet,
Obi-Wan kills Jar-Jar.
You mean my "OTA" TV doesn't count as wireless, or my DirecTV for that matter. Bummer.

So let's see take the side of the company that is WRONG in this dispute....
Umm no.
That's funny, cuz if you go to this website they call it OS X Tiger.
Besides, what have you given back to the so called "OSS Community"?
Me personally? nothing, but then again I didn't take anything from it.
Yeah gee it's not like Apple didn't try to Trademark the word Tiger.
What the hell does Google's ranking have to do with whether or not a company has a trademark.
Has anyone tracked down this mysterious registration, or is TigerDirect merely claiming that their use of the mark precedes Apple's?
c fhosb.2.21.
Actually it is TigerDirect's parent company Systemax that has the trademark registered, see here:

Me, I always heard "Found On Road Dead."
