Actually, you can't file your own suit now. The judge entered and order certifying the class, and making it virtually impossible to get out. You can either get the compensation from this settlement, or get nothing.
All totaled, they are asking for $4M. Sony and the "class counsel", however, want to limit the EFF's portion of the fees (which was requested at around $2M) to no more than $100,000.

What Sony did wasn't responsible, it was, in fact, a crime in many areas. Call and report it to your local police department.

Wrong. Store "door nazi" don't have higher powers than anyone else you walk past on the street. Will you stop for a random person on the street who wants to inspect your parcels?
Store personnel can only search your belongings with probably cause or risk being sued. Those criteria include seeing you take the merchandise, try and hide it from view, and then leave with it. Short of that, they have no rights to stop anyone.
Read my story. After being chased into the parking lot for failing to be searched by their door nazi and threatened with police action, Best Buy has guaranteed that I won't be back.
What application is generating your mbox file? Some apps seem to not be following the spec I used wehn writing the app. If you will, please shoot me an email about it. You'll find my email address when you execute the applicaiton.

It's not technically exceptional, or even really cool to hook a device up to the internet these days. I managed to get my sign up and running in about 10 minutes. Sure, a little fooling around on an internet message board is cool and all, but that's not worthy of/. Why did they accept this submission? What does this say about the quality of the editors?
I bought the one that's being pounded on through Ebay. I'd recommend NOT buying the Beta Brite. Get the Pro Lite instead.
The Pro Lite has many advanced features and an open protocol that you won't get if use buy a Beta Brite.
The sign runs off of 9v, so it could easily be wired to work in your car. A little bit of work on a controller and you could probably create a simple pre-programmed series of messages accessible by button press in the front.

I'd suggest you check out Tribes. Not only can you play different roles in the game, but lots of the servers are pretty evenly balanced between newbies and "game gods".
