    Copied from another post I made: Go look on eBay for 27" IPS panel monitors. $400 gets you a 2560x1440 resolution monitor. Sure, they are Korean no name brands, but there are plenty of reviews out there that can tell you which ones are good.

    This. I just got my CCNA and I knew ages ago that there is a time out option in the GUI settings for most Cisco gear . I can't remember the CLI commands, but if I can do it with almost no field experience, the OP should be able to too.

    Wasn't there a story on here a month ago about a company that wanted to resell MP3s that got shut down because they couldn't verify that the original was actually deleted?

    Have fun paying more for games then. I was always under the impression that the reason why games are so cheap on there was because you couldn't sell them.

    Losing backwards compatibility on there Wii was more about trying to curb piracy. The old drives in the Wii could read burned games and DVDs, the new ones can't. It has to do with a chip on the newer PCBs that prevent the reading of certain kinds of disks. It was just collateral damage.

    The laptop I use as a portable lighting console, DJ tools, and for my class work cost me $350 (some Core 2 duo with 4GB ram and a 250GB hdd). I bought the thing in 2008, and it's still running great. Students don't need need the expensive laptops they are pushing on them. Do note that I own a desktop that runs about $1600 new though.

    Same for me. I had no issues installing Win7 From USB on my Asus Crosshair Formula V.

    Speaking of those, we had some guy buy $2000 in greendot cards every week. He also bought a ton of other stuff in the store, so management told me not to ask any questions about him.

    Yeah, but to use certain data services (like streaming or flashing ROMs) usb debugging has to be turned on. I do have mine turned on, but i most people I know don't even know about that setting.

    I'm not sure if this is due to the new OS (4.1.2 or 4.2.2) or if it's just my S3 (T-999), but I no longer get that dialog box anymore. It makes the data connection immediately after being plugged in.

    California has no such requirement. They do need to take your name and address, but RadioShack doesn't mind taking down John Doe 1234 Main St

    Well here I can get gift cards without I'd if I pay cash, and places like RadioShack have cameras, but they are never recording. Use a voice modulator and a live boot Linux CD, spoof your hardware IDs, and you're set.
    Note: I worked at 3 different RadioShacks, and the video was on playback in the office, but it was never recording.

    Yes and no. While I do know that they were fighting for what they believe in, the lack of a central figure leading the movement and lack of a cohesive set of goals, it came off the wrong way. It was a bunch of people yelling their own grievances, and they were just drowning each other out. But, as they said, they didn't want a central figure, because it was about all of them being equal... or something like that.

    Not exactly true. I lived up in the mountains just outside of Los Angeles and got UVerse right when it came to my area. Both Steam and torrent downloads would max out my connection.
