There are many, many cases where there is not enough evidence by legal 'standards' to convict, but the only really legal 'standard' required to convict is to convince a jury, regardless of any real facts. That often comes down to how much money you can spend on experts. Of course, for the common man who cannot afford expensive lawyers and experts, the choice is, risk a jury and possibly get years upon years, -or- take a plea bargain and get your ass to prison.

Going to go try chrome and see if I have better luck, but that is either a sign of corruption itself, or really shitty programming.

They are looking at the issue from the wrong direction. We should not work for ways to destroy or deflect an asteroid. There are many other things that can cause catastrophic loss of life on this planet, from 'mega-volcanoes', nuclear war, epidemic diseases, and yes even -gasp- climate change.

Instead of moving the danger of our path, we should be moving ourselves off the path of danger. We need an off site backup for humanity at least, if not as much of the biosphere as we could manage. Eventually, something WILL destroy 99.9% of life on Earth. This will NEVER happen. You may be able to add storage and peripherals, but that will all on ANY console. Console manufacturers like to give the game publishers a set standard of hardware to develop for. This is supposed to increase the quality of the games, ans once a publisher/developer learns the hardware and its limitations there is no constant learning curve. The fact that this model is flawed does not enter into the equation, because as an added benefit, they get to sell you a brand new console every 3-5 years instead of you hacking together your own out of 3rd party parts.
