    I don't agree.
    From a judicial POV some act may be vandalism / destructive act to property without the owner agreeing.
    From an artistic POV the same act may still be art.

    Of course "doing art" so someones property without agreement is a problem.
    However, the "lines" are not so easily spotted: What about chalking on the pavement or laser-projections on a publicly owned building?

    It runs OSX and I guess that by demonstrating spreadsheet, wordprocessor and presentation software on i guess that means that it's perfectly capable of running "University/Science/Business apps."
    Of course, only the stuff that you really want to run on a mobile device, it does not make sense to run your OLAP ON the tablet.

    It's an excellent device for me.
    It will do 80% of what I usually carry my 4(?) yo MacBook-Pro and my eBook-Reader for.
    I will be able to leave both at the hotel or at home and do most of the stuff on the iPad / the customers machines and if I really need the power I can still Remote Desktop to one of my company's machines.

    Airbags in cars don't contain nitrogen cylinders but explosives, pressured gas would would be too slow. I only know of a motorcycle jacket using cylinders with pressured gas to inflate an airbag.

    Is the rest of your comment as valid? I'm pretty sure that battery lines could be cut by explosives to have a safe state after a crash...

    You can transcode FLAC to Apple Lossless using libavcodec.

    We have 5 Apple Airport Express Basestations and our Macs, one AE is connected to the main WiFi-Router by Ethernet and acts as roaming Base. We do use our iPhones as remote and stream from our MacBooks. Works flawlessly, the only thing missing is a way to tune the accoustical delay in the connecting rooms, but that's just nitpicking.
    There are even free tools to stream music to the AE but since we really like iTunes and have a lot of Music in it, I didn't really try them.

    My husband and me have 2 MacbookPro, 1 Macbook Air, 1 MacMini.
    I wanted a Macbook/Netbook smaller than the Air for private travelling.
    Apple didn't have any. So I bought an eeePC901go.
    I know of 5 people who have an eeeMac now, all of them already own a regular Mac.

    Apple didn't offer what I wanted.
    Do you get it now?

    dd if=rebel.iso of=/dev/disk# does not make it bootable for me.

    If you want to use German for your Nazi-comparison, do it right:

    "Führer" is a male noun, so the right personal pronoun would be "der".
    "Der Führer zu diesem Zeitpunkt" and "der aktuelle Führer"

    If Howard was female it would have been "die Führerin"
    The politically über-correct, gender-neutral Version would be
    "der/die FührerIn"

    That's because of your socialized healthcare. Being really free obviously means letting a significant portion of your poplation suffer.

    "Freedom" is a marketing-thing in the US as is "christian" or "low-fat".

    I don't think so, that's too simplyfied. EG: Prohibiting people from wearing saggy trousers as some American laws do seems not very free and individual and beyond ridiculous to me, a German.
    A lot of your laws referring to personal behaviour would not survive a visit at the German constitutional court.
    On the other hand: You can't easily build a Nazi-Party over here which is something I have not missed, yet.
