    Yeah, but even considering the gouvernments implement such a system, and do so in a totally secure way, this will means that other govt. departments than customs can read your passport.

    Just don't take it to an anti-war demonstration ;)

    BTW, the cops/secret services/... are anyway shooting the demonstrations and other subvsersive activities with plain old cameras. They don't need RFID to do so.

    Well, OTOH, France just introduced parental leave for fathers last year ...

    And, IIRC, on average, french workers work around 1450 hours/years for mor than 1800 for US workers (check OECD for real numbers). That's about 40 days more, there's still some room.

    It may sounds evident to you, but before sexual education is made*, it's not uncommon to heard that
    - "I can't get pregnant because he really loves me"
    - "It's the first time [for me], so nothing bad can happens"
    - "Can I get pregnant after oral sex ?"

    * whether by the parents, the school or whoever is another question

    Umh, I didn't felt like that when I was still living in Belgium (btw, same for Netherlands, Australia and a few others).

    And for those who never saw it, SWISS TXT (the company behind teletext services of the 6 swiss public channels) put a nice online version.

    What you have on your TV monitor is the square in the middle : no graphic, just text (with colors).
    In real life, you naviguate using the pages numbers (and buttons 0-9) or with the colored buttons (on newer TV set).

    Ok, it's redundant, but to summarize other replies, it is absolutely legal in CA, NO, NL, BE, FR, CH, LU and probably many other european countries.

    * IPsec is widely available since Windows 2000. Why isn't it widely deployed/used ?

    * QoS : solution exist for years, but none is used, why would that change with a new technique ?

    * end-to-end : yep, no one ever chat or make phone calls trough a NAT

    * Multicast : see QoS, what change for multicast with IPv6 that will enable it in the routers ?

    * Simplifier headers : AFAIK, backbone routers aren't processing the IP headers.

    * Adreses/routing table : I tought that route summarization is also there for v4 ?

    So, now please tell me, what can I do with the new v6 paradigm that I can't now ?

    That's why you can't listen to MP3 in Windows Media Player.

    Maybe it would be a good idea to explain that MythTV is not just a program but has a client-server architecture.

    The "backend" is the PC recording the shows. For that matter, it can be a powerfull computer 3 tuners, 4 HDD hidden somewhere.

    The "frontend" can be really light and just need to show the streamed TV, either live or recorded.

    In fact, if you save your shows into a samba drive, you can even play them using any media player.
