Most likely? Well, that's not exactly unequivocal, is it?
"Most likely" sounds like just the right place for astonishing science to (just possibly, probably not, but who knows?) surprise us.
And I say this to point out one simple fact: there have been claims of cold fusion, but none of them have ever stood up under the scrutiny of the above definition of good science.
Disclaimer: I didn't read the article, but this bit jumped out at me.
Crazy claims of a particular phenomenon never stand up under scrutiny - until the first one does. Yes, cold fusion has been a long time coming, and may never, but just because no-one's got it right it yet is not a great reason to say never.
If you can't afford to waste the six extra words it would take to say "open-source cloud computing platform..." how about a Wikipedia link? It's what hypertext is for, after all.
"Hurr, if you don't know what OpenStack is, you shouldn't be on Slashdot!"
will no doubt be the refrain of some. Well, what's wrong with informing those who don't know? Or are we still supposed to jealously guard the Secret Knowledge?
An inclusively written or well-linked summary is not an insult to anyone's intelligence or level of knowledge.
...which you can make available to Docker on Windows as per the instructions here, and which in any case probably won't be the situation now that they've partnered with Microsoft...
and on a stable base OS
How does Docker "rely [...] on a stable base OS" any more than any other piece of software (several million of which run perfectly well on Windows)?
Randi was convinced he could find the "trick" in psi research, until he and PSICOP actually ran a study of their own, in triple blind and got the same results confirming a psi effect. It was the last actual research study CSICOP ever conducted.
and is certainly a lot harder than for the very limited Western alphabet.
Just a guess, but maybe Chinese writing is a lot more consistent between different people. The complexity of the characters probably means they have to be drawn quite precisely to be readable.
Here's why, most likely, they always will.

I don't get it.
Oh, wait a minute...
A preponderance of the people.
As Pete Porter in Pasadena precisely put it.

Seconded. I was expecting cheesy space horror, but was pleasantly surprised.
What censorship? Is anyone forced to submit/receive pieces only to/from the press office?
Fuck everything, we're doing five tiers.

improve flow on the runways and save nearly 100 pounds of fuel for each aircraft.
100 pounds of fuel, or 100 pounds of fuel?
Like putting too much air into a balloon!
How Women Became Gamers Through D&D
Yup, lump them all together as one homogenous mass. They love that.
Does He Really?
No. It's a virus so old it predate all dinosaurs. It mutated
Doesn't every living thing (including the dinosaurs) predate the dinosaurs once you take mutation into account?
Could Land On Tuesday
What's wrong with landing on a runway?
BH;DR
As I said, the story is recounted in detail, and with references, in Steve Volk's book Fringeology.
Did you? Maybe you did so elsewhere, but not in your previous comment.
I knew you were going to say that.
why don't we see more women as magicians?
There are plenty, but they usually play the role of "magician's assistant."
My sister is one. Granted, she doesn't have the close-up skills her husband has, but you never see him getting into the slicey-uppy box, either.

They can have that one for free.
A panel of Congressmen?
I think that's called a "Graft"
Okay, a graft of congressmen, then.
researchers show that frozen fecal matter encapsulated in clear, 1.6 g synthetic pills
I don't see anything about "clear" in the linked article's linked article. I'd think opaque ones would be a lot more popular.
Might be worth pointing out that they don't just squirt poop into a capsule. It does at least go through a bit of processing and filtration first.

Yes. Should have.
There is no way to cause situation dependent crashes or bugs
And that's the kind of attitude that can lead to Heartbleed and Shellshock.
