Last time I checked, territories not yet admitted to the Union ARE NOT states, despite the fact that they are afforded representation.
I also find it amusing that in another post, you defend your linguistic skills by quoting a FICTIONAL CHARACTER. Yes, that's right, Holden Caufield doesn't exist. He's a character in a book. A character in his (not "their") teens, who has been expelled from school (I don't recall whether he was expelled for behavioral, or academic reasons, but generally these students are not known for their (not "his") grammatical prowess). And yes, Steven Pinker, J.D. Salinger, and AC's who post flamebait tripe, are wrong.
Not being nitpicky at all...I reflected on the anniversary at 7:15 pm on Fri. here (Atlanta, GA). Also, about time zones, I understand that the US had changed their's during portions of WWII to "[region] War Time". Always been curious as to how that was different from "Real Time"
What exactly is the irony in bombing a country (albeit with utterly devestating effects, and consequences) which has declared WAR on your country, and that your nation has reciprocated? You Flamebaiters sometimes make me sick.
