    After the 3rd warning notice the copyright owner can take you (the account holder of the IP address, as they are the one's liable) to the Copyright Tribunal (not a standard court),.

    Exactly.

    It turns out it costs more to deliver a thing to Kandahar than it does to Baltimore.

    I used the scenic route to go to an Orioles game this summer (similar to one I used going to grad school). I think I may have felt safer in Kandahar. Certainly in Baghdad.

    Look, I'm all for simplicity especially when it comes to rules and laws, but anything that is "relative" is asking for interpretation and hence, more complexity.

    Nothing complicated about it. In fact, it is this simplicity that is a hallmark of the US justice system: when things appear complex, the winning side is the one who spends the most on attorneys favored by the judge.

    Georgians always overestimate how bad their traffic is. I used to drive a tractor trailer, and almost anyplace along the I-95 corridor is worse than most of ATL traffic.

    Sigh... Ok, in the null state, some electrons will have an up spin and others down. They will be close enough to each other in count to cancel out. BUT, when you assign a state, the electrons will have up spin. Up is away from the Earth. This force will decrease the weight of the e-Reader. Conversely, if the electron has a down spin, it will push the e-Reader towards the Earth, increasing weight. You cannot correct this as electrons are like little gyroscopes. Down spin is down spin.

    1s are obviously skinny, and 0s fat. It should be clear which one weighs more. The 0s also use more pixels on a display, again proving they are heavier than 1s.

    Let's just say there's a lot of benefits to being or befriending good brewers.

    To be honest, it's not all that hard to find a good small-scale brewery selling quality products, if you can be bothered to look. I buy mine from these guys, and they ship anywhere in U.S.

    No, they don't. To be fair, it's not their fault. Each state can set their own laws regarding alcoholic beverage shipments. Many (including mine, Maryland) are bought and paid for by local distributors who don't want the competition.
