    And Apple would be out of business? Regardless of what Microsoft ever did, Apple kept plugging away.

    Well, except when Microsoft invested heavily into Apple and prevented them from going bankrupt.

    Except, you know, that's totally not what happened. Apple had plenty of cash at the time. It was a nominal purchase of non-voting shares by Microsoft to signify their commitment to Word and Office on the Mac.

    But I bet you'd also tell us how Apple 'stole' tech from Xerox as well.

    I think I got my father to give Matt Damon a full chance (he tolerated him in Saving Private Ryan) and give DiCaprio a full one in a twofer by forcing him to watch "The Departed". "But Dad, it's a Scorsese gangster flick. How bad could it be? And if you let Mom pick, she's gonna make us watch another episode of Bridezillas."

    Not in the US. There are limits as to what you can do on private property which is open to the public. A restaurant is also "private property", but you can't refuse to serve someone because they are Black, or Mormon, or Australian.

    The US has gone straight downhill since we had to start letting the koala humpers dine with us civilized folk.
