    There's no way we can estimate the margin of error on this study until another study debunks this one, just as this one has debunked a previous one.

    But what about when there is no legal alternative to obtain the content you want? If a person cannot buy food without getting exploited by an unfair party, should they starve themselves as an act of defiance? In certain situations, stealing is the only alternative to force an unfair or incorrect system to adapt reasonably.

    You're missing the point. "Fast enough" is fast enough for most people. There are always going to be niches where people need more power to push more polygons or whatever else, but the point is that x86 is shrinking and in a short number of years only a small minority of people will still need ever more powerful computing, and particularly x86.

    So unfair generalizations about Americans are wrong but unfair generalizations about Europeans are ok? Yeah, there are some messed up people in Paris, so they represent all Europeans?
