> How have you learned to adapt and accept things that are new and different in the world of technology and computers?
You just have to be a little smart about it. I usually embrace things that make my life easier. But conscience about safety. It's been years since I've used "pine" because the tablet/smartphone has made email much easier and enjoyable for me. But I'm in no way doing any on-line banking...
I would kill for 2-days of battery life. I have a SG2 and with the stock battery I was lucky to get 8 hours out of it. I now have a 3800mAh battery that gets me through the work day but not by much...
Take a server and change the date to 10+ years in the past. Then reboot and change the date back to today. Uptime says "3737 days". How do we know this is not smoke and mirrors???
on the value of a college degree. Having just put my two kids through college I can't believe it is a "profitable" move. Of course kids now adays don't pay for their own college. They either get daddy to pay for it or amass a mountain of debt that will haunt them for ages. But we're "told" that you "must" have a 4-year degree to succeed these days. Personally I think that's a joke.

Can't they just call 9-1-1???

They pretty much have to go after this just so others can't use it as a defense. Otherwise, every other hack will cite this case.
