People are cutting corners, not willing to pay seasoned professionals and outsourcing service to clueless IT "professionals" in the 3rd world... so none of this is exactly unexpected.
When you are dumb enough to use operating systems insecure by design. And the whole NK attacked us, seems just to be a political manoeuvre, smoke and mirrors to distract us from the fact Sony is not the best example of corporate governance, has been making huge PR moves, and Windows is worse than a swiss cheese when it takes to security.
The highlights of (old) pirate bay were the reputation as some already said, AND the user comments about the download. Without that, the usefulness of having the torrents replicated is so much less useful.
Where they talk about targeting Windows boxes both in the editorial and the slashdot post. How refreshing. This publication is mile aheads of the ass-licking Microsoft of Zdnet and pcworld.
I have to wonder how people enjoy going to the theatre. Besides being a dirty environment, there are the idiots around talking and eating, it can get expensive for the whole family, and on top of that you get rammed down your throat at least one hour of adverts. And I cannot get the attraction when I have TV at home...
You got it backwards. The twit is you. It is not entitlement, it is after all a free market. Which by the way, the media companies prefer not to follow the rules, and charge insane prices for a piece of plastic made by 50c in the asian continent by indentured people.
You are an idiot sir. That strategy may worked out when it was a single asshole doing it, now with apps, it just means assholes like you fill the street, and ruin the life of everybody else. And your fucking entitlement is priceless. Go to hell I say.
Actually, two of our major futebol stadiums sit next to residential areas, and people make a chunk of profit renting them or allowing people on their verandas on major games. Last time I checked, no action was taken against them
Why not keep the data in the police station? I am sure it would work better than at googles. Is this article a freaking joke? It is not the 1st of April yet last time I checked.
Will you use you head a little please? That what it is there for, ya know? Instead of focusing on the technicalities, what I am conveying here is that they have no qualms about uploading fake videos, and this is just a stupid PR in a very convenient time frame. Oh poor us, we have been hacked, and we are so benevolent and law abiding... what a load of bull crap.
I do not believe a single word of this "not recommended" ideia, this seems just like a misguided PR article. And youtube is full of that shit, so the "strategy" is certainly being used.
Youtube is full of phony videos about "full movies" with a stupid blonde talking, or with malware links. Last time I started reported them, a received a message back as was flagging to many movies.

They are the new feudal lords and do not produce anything palpable. Have you not noticed? They are Obamas bosses.

Why not trousers+condoms all built-in...this has to be the more stupid informercial I have seen here for a while.
I still have that issue about the announce of the "secret" X mode, and all the issues about bootstrapping and building the FreeBSD kernel
I often try to undo the damage, but it is useless, too many retards.

Then charge a symbolic fare.

They have had mandatory surveillance for a long, long time.
They do not have any damn issues, grow up. It is just that when it is not convenient, it is the MPAA or some other dummy doing it instead of "sony".
Coincidentally they also translate yahoo as the same thing, go figure ;)
The Spanish for Alta Vista is "Valiente mierda"

Nobody said it is a joke, mind you.

Why was this question censored with mod points? No matter being wrong, is a very valid concern. You people suck
Never negotiate with terrorists.
